06/4/2020 12:18 | Hargreaves Lansdown (my broker) have withdrawn their Bed and ISA service. I normally move the maximum amount from my share account to my ISA account very early in the year as does my wife. Now we have to sell those shares, wait a couple of days for the payment and then re-buy in our ISA. My worry is (A) the spread and (B) missing out on any rise in the share price during that time. Has anyone a bright idea how I can guard against those concerns. Thanks in advance. | paul280i

05/4/2020 17:18 | Peter van der BorghManaging Director of Venus Minerals.Company formed in Aug 19, 2 shareholders and only 2 shares, 1 Peter 1 Ariana, hence my confusion over the situation with Ariana's RNS saying they are acquiring 50% through earn in? But they are already 50% share holders from formation?? Just interested in how this works as ultimately they are committed to a further £2m into 2021 and have provided 0.6m to date. So who's bringing what to the table? | renniks2016
05/4/2020 08:04 | Enough distraction. Can anyone shed any light on the Ariana/Venus Minerals situation? If they already own 50% of the company, are they 'acquiring' the other 50% from Peter? Or am I missing something? | renniks2016
