They won't delist on the AIM. If anything they'll move to the main board.

The point is "access to funding" and a dual listing offers more funding opportunities, but they still need to sell the narrative.

And Biggles if there’s no reason to delist from AIM Kerim won’t mind ruling it out will he? It would certainly help in putting a floor to the current share price. Rickover might be a brilliant move but yet again Kerim has got sentiment wrong and hasn’t taken the care and necessary steps to anticipate and meet concerns with answers.
If you get stonewalled, and a talk to the hand reply (I.e. speak to YJ) then I seriously think we should consider moving for an EGM so that Kerim can make his case clearly and directly to shareholders.

Yesterday's rns stated that existing shareholders would be invited to participate in fund raising.

You are therefore included in the plans. What more do you want?

Yep sent email to that effect saying shareholders own the company not the board so they need to be included. It may be a superb decision in his mind but the voting shareholders need to be privy to the rationale and ALL rationale not just snippets

Would you randomly drill a new license or would you go through the normal exploration steps first? Remember these people are 'lowest' cost discovery experts?Would you buy or enter into an agreement without appropriate due diligence?The cost of discovery of acquiring Dokwe is also lowest quartile but Dokwe is much bigger than the current JORC

ok - i was doing further thinking ... this deal can not happen without newmont. they having only 4 pc but should be contacted if interested and ok... who needs power opposition... so i looked if newmont has australian connections.... yes ... they are huge ..... so newmont will probably provide finances and in the process possibly end this misery
