I think that sort of thinking had already been quashed D1G3Y but as things have considerably deteriorated further for junior miners then something may need to change to get the project moving, if there is any appetite to do so.

With the current economic situation I would imagine it's difficult to get an IPO valuation at the same level as when Venus IPO was originally announced. I wonder if this is where Kerim could put some of our cash to work. A smaller IPO and a loan from AAU to Venus.

Really don't know think they do one note a year but they are so conservative it's painful. They seem to chose a target 20% higher than current then fiddle around with component valuations until they get to their target. kS respect keiron at PG and he seems to ignore their lack of results. I've been harping on about it for years but falls on deaf ears.

uknighted, not an expert but afaik interim dividends need board approval and final dividends need shareholder approval. they are announced via some type of media, press release or stock exchange.

but what we are talking about here is announcememnt of a regular dividend policy, not declaration of a specific dividend payment.

Reading 12395 a further addition to distributable capital reduction reserve will be required for 2023 dividends to be declared.
