Argo, a leading UK-based cryptomining company (LSE:ARB) announces that on 13 May 2019, Durban Holdings Ltd, a company under the joint ownership and control of Jonathan Bixby and Mike Edwards, being directors of the Company, made purchases of the following ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares).
