27/1/2021 18:44 | Just doing the same here. A nice glass or three of Shiraz. Give it some thought though, could be an interesting debating chamber. | crypto nugget
27/1/2021 18:38 | By the way SNF - spot on with your "low" for BTC - we didn't quite reach the $28,500 level but came pretty near, when others were saying above $30,000 and more were a "buy zone". If we languish around these levels for a week or so, fine by me. Quite content to pick up ARB around the 70p mark for some time yet. | crypto nugget
27/1/2021 18:36 | SNF, Yes, a bad day. Still at break-even though. What do they say ? Every dog has it's day ! :) Risk/reward looks compelling there. But we'll see...there's no sure things. | 2tyke
27/1/2021 18:35 | Pe ratios, its just an opinion but only comparing to the highest, potentially over priced competitor isnt the only way to value. What 2021 profit do we think is going to achieved at current btc and known expansion, 15-20m gbp? I may be being conservative but on pe 20 that's £300-400m valuation, double to 40 etc the justification for very high pe can only be a significant btc appreciation and thats not a given | mciw
27/1/2021 18:32 | 2Tyke - re keeping up - I have been keeping up with you preaching TA without EVER supplying any real information / or charts other than rather buy OBC to ARB because nothing matters, especially not profits. Does that sum it up or am I missing something? | mnomis
27/1/2021 18:31 | SNF - I notice you have become a "bluey" in recent days. Any chance you could create a brand new thread for ARGO, BTC and anything crypto that we have an interest in here? That way you would have the power to ban those that we really don't need here and who add nothing instead of "value" like they think they do. Give it some thought, and if you can transport all the charts etc over, it should be one without most of the undesireables. | crypto nugget
27/1/2021 18:31 | I see my stalker is back - sigh.Stop seeking my approval Nico. You're a fraud and a moron. Move on. I can't hear you. | suffersnofools
27/1/2021 18:27 | Don't take pleasure out of others misery You are a shadenfraude | nico115
27/1/2021 18:26 | Haha how could you miss anything ,you're the best Those U.K. lemmings must be regretting their sells at 120p ..what idiots !!You're the shrewdie to have kept most of yours..utterly brilliant | nico115
27/1/2021 18:26 | Tough day for the OBC dog today Tyke ;) | suffersnofools
27/1/2021 18:21 | Mciw - margins - correct - and we know our fixed costs so it's not rocket science to work out a profit is it.And yes completely agree on your comments re the other miners. Lots of potential execution risks to their expansion strategy. ARB on the other hand has expansion ongoing and ahead of schedule. Plus we have the highest mining efficiency and margins. Yet we are on a much lower valuation. Why? Should we not re-rate?If you read the seeking alpha article, he made exactly the same points. Arb should rerate WITHOUT any increase in BTC. The seeking alpha article was then publicly commended by our CEO, PW to say that he agreed with the premise of the article.Maybe you can try again to explain what 'fundamentals' and valuation basics I'm missing ? | suffersnofools
27/1/2021 18:15 | Brasso, What was actually said about the US dollar was that it was in the very final moves of a down-move....before it very likely moves much higher for several months. I think you'll find that this is the likelihood. | 2tyke
27/1/2021 18:08 | Stock indices follow elliott waves in an even more exacting way than stocks do....because they are more actively traded (volume). The stock market indices can be considered to be the summation of human progress as measured by industrial and economic output. It therefore stands to reason, that if stock indices follow elliott, and they do, then human output does indeed have a form. We take 5 steps forward...and 3 steps back Don't mention it yump...you welcome ! | 2tyke
27/1/2021 18:07 | Nice chart Horne | suffersnofools
27/1/2021 18:06 | I see someone mentioned a DXY breakout but I cannot see it on any chart! I do not claim to be an expert chartist but if you think that move today was a breakout then you need to go back to school. | brasso3
27/1/2021 18:00 | Yump, Nothing to do with creationism. You don't get the premise at all. | 2tyke
27/1/2021 17:36 | Great video if you have watched any of the youtube btc prophets... https://youtu.be/8yC | mciw
27/1/2021 17:15 | OMG Elliot Waves are now explaining human development. May as well join the Creationists. We are an accident. Get over it. | yump
27/1/2021 17:12 | Makes complete sense to me (more sense than a straight line anyway). The trick would be to get the metric that you measure progress against. | alm6
27/1/2021 17:08 | keep an eye on this tomorrow, got funds for 200-250k more depending on the price the market provides... | gspanner
27/1/2021 17:03 | It is eerie, I remember starting out on TA myself. Couldn't believe i'd hitherto spent my money stupidly buying stocks like Asda, just because they'd been tipped in the newspapers ! The worst possible reason to buy anything. I always think that the logical extension of elliott wave is eeriest conclusion Human progress actually has a structure.... a set form. Human progress undergoes 'punctuated growth ' | 2tyke
27/1/2021 16:46 | Thanks 2tyke, works quiet atm so I spend my day reading about TA and trying to interpret charts. All slowly coming together in one big picture, more and more easily able to recognise patterns. It's really eerie sometimes the patterns that repeat. | alm6
27/1/2021 16:44 | 35 pounds and 27p too cheap !! | nico115
27/1/2021 16:42 | 73p close - I'd count that as a win :) | alm6 |
