He has responded to a post on twitter "Happy to explain - these warrants were expiring in February and were a minor part of my shareholding. Still have 5.7m options, 1m warrants and 570k shares bought this year. Shareholder value is being delivered and I'm extremely optimistic for 2021. Going to be a great year."

Second-guessing directors is pointless. They cannot know when a share price will reach a high.

Presumably serious investors here don’t have all their money in the same company. So why expect directors to leave all their money in their own business ? If you thought that your business might make you a multi-millionaire in a few years would it not be good insurance to take some money out if it suddenly takes off early. I’m sure we can all find shady sales somewhere if we look. The best place is the rinse and repeat Crowd who have no interest in the businesses they take over with great PR grand plans, bang on about revenue and deals and never ever make a profit, while placing more and more shares which of course are always ‘oversubscribed’.

Establishment directors are instructed when to buy/sell. Money is pouring into ARB for just doing the same as 5hey did last month and the month before. It will take a substantial disaster to pull ARB back now. Have we overshot an agreed deal price and now need to try and pull it back?.ARB is a major establishment play and that comes with all the usual dirt. Very strong ties to Canada and the Nasdaq to be announced thisvyear imo

I’m grateful to those posters (namely horneblower, aidenabettin, SuffersNoFools, Brasso3, Hootza616, and uapatel) who responded to the question I posed in my post #9781 of 31 Dec:- (quote: “I wonder if Peter Wall's readiness to sell £400,000 worth of shares at 29.5p ea. yesterday, just a week before the issuance of an update, can be taken in any way as a pointer as to the effect the content of the update may have on the share price?”)

But I am somewhat surprised to find that my question seems to have puzzled some posters and drawn snide responses from them (horneblower - “...and so what?”, SuffersNoFools - “lol”).

So l shall explain.
I invest so as to increase my capital. I do this by attempting at all times to buy low and sell high. I am not alone in attempting this. Company directors and CEOs do it too. Some of you may have seen the following paragraph in the FT:- Financial Times Tom Braithwaite publishing date: Nov 13, 2020 “When Pfizer Inc. and German partner BioNTech announced on Monday that their COVID-19 vaccine was highly effective, global stocks soared. Shares in Pfizer rose 7 per cent and chief executive Albert Bourla sold US$5.6 million of stock at a whisker from the company’s all-time high.”

I am among the several posters on this board who are anticipating good news from the company in the first week of January in the form of a December Operational Update (hopefully along the encouraging lines of the updates we received on 03 Sept, 07 Oct, 05 Nov, and 03 Dec), which will help drive the ARB shareprice higher.

I’d be reluctant to reduce my share-holding before the anticipated good news is priced-in. Thus I was surprised to read that the company’s Chief Executive chose to sell £400,000 worth of shares a mere week or ten days before the issuance of (perhaps) good news. Hence my question: Could (the timing of) Peter Wall’s action be taken in any way as an indicator as to the effect the content of the update may have on the share price?

So, while I still hope for good news in the forthcoming update, and continue to expect ARB to soar in 2021, I’m driven to wonder whether the ARB share price has reached its high point for the present (I was quoted 38p sell / 40p buy at 08:19 h on Wed 30th Dec, and ARB closed at 31p / 33p a day later), and therefore that Peter Wall’s decision to sell on that day was an astute one, or whether he has mis-timed his sale by a week or ten days. Is it possible that the news could in any way be negative?

I acknowledge that this is an ADVFN board and while there are numerous wise and well-informed posters to be found on the boards here, one also finds many who speak to each other with appalling rudeness, so I suppose I should not have been surprised to find my question greeted with a rather snide “… and so what?” from horneblower, and “lol” from SNF.

I have to agree. Even my 30pc pull back only gets us back to 20+k now All the money that was waiting on the sidelines to buy the dip is now forced to chase the price.

We already know. 645PH currently and just over a 1000 when all new hardware online by end of Feb.This means we have more capacity than RIOT and MARA until at least October this year. That's why US buyers are going to drive a huge re-rating here in the coming weeks. With BTC at current levels and the wall of money looking for crypto exposure I think we could see 200p here in Q1 this year.

Trading volume in USDT is going nuts. Almost 5B in 24hrs.Anyone using Binance and found its taking hours to deposit with UKfasterpay since 1/1?.UKGDPR now gives HMRC much increased access to data. Going to be a lot of new laws around crypto introduced this year. XRP was the start and it looks like 'privacy' coins are going to be hit

"We are already trading on OTCPK and we anticipate a full OTC listing with wider investor reach in the coming days." So surely another RNS on the date the full OTC listing goes live.Should give the shares a further boost.

I bought 4 $BTC for just over $14k from the proceeds of my house sale and i still buy a small amount each month along with ETH and BNB. I will probably be gone when the family gets the benefit. Next move is to governments to write off personal debt as we move to the next stage that will see the end of cash. Writing off debt will be followed by Universal Basic Income imo
