No, just direct ban on crypto derivatives - SBs and CFDs. No issue with blockchain companies with Argo.

Think the FCA have ruled crypto names aren't suitable for leverage products going forward.

Te Topaz:

Indeed, not averse to selling: I have taken some chips off the table today to invest in PM sticks as a hedge against btc regulation as described previously. But you then have to keep calm/quiet even if you have made the wrong call!

Well what a morning, took off a few more earlier. Totally blown away by the share price can’t wait for the December update figures. 2021 looks to be potentially awesome for ARB. Good luck all holders

buoycat - your annual profit seems way off the mark too - assuming nothing else changes (re price, mining rigs, difficulty), I see annual profit at ~£18.75m pre-tax (assume will have good tax break from wear and tear on rigs).

The beauty about markets is that they are unpredictable. You clearly have a crystal ball!

Well judging by October they are making about £5 million annual profit. Which puts them on a not undemanding pe of 18. But that depends on the current price of bitcoin remaining strong. Correct me if I'm wrong. It seems quite likely that the price of bitcoin is currently in short term spike mode.

It certainly is! Formalising the OTC as opposed to the shonky previous arrangement.

Nice trade SnF - also have 50p pencilled in (resisted temptation to sell any at 35p as this announcement is a game change imho) ... I think this could go higher on US open, but what do I know (well, probably more than Frenzy ...)

Frenzy - Just sold that 250k trading position @37p - £1750 in my sky rocket in less than an hour. This is why people ignore you. Back to 1.15m shares at ZERO cost. Will sell 200k at 50p next week and the rest well over a quid later this year. All tax free as in SIPP and SBs :)

i.e. - this is not simply confirming that OTC trade happening - this is confirming my assumption that the gap gets arbitraged away now ...

Great question. Not all brokers/banks can trade in Pink for compliance reasons. QB opens trading up to virtually all because we're disclosing in the US, and qualify for the SEC exemption - therefore broker's compliance depts are satisfied due to LSE standards.

Someone mentioned market cap - they need to seriously do some research and look at the market cap of RIOT and MARA and then compare hashrates and energy price metrics.

HIVE and the other undervalued miner (on TSX but also on OTC and there is NO price difference as Arbed away). I posted on this previously.

Moving onto the OTC markets will be very positive in the current climate -

Anything is possible -
