I veer on the doc's interpetation on this explination, but i would not buy or sell any just yet until the brokers have acted on it, which could be a few days yet.

Their is not one current shareholder knows whats going on, and that is fact! you can not trade something thats not trading anymore, or can you?? which do you hold?? if you sell today, do you sell the new company? or the old one?? do you still get your shares in the new company if you sell?

The CLN business is now owned by NewCo shareholders. It's therefore the non-AIM listed NewCo shares that matter with regard to that.

I dont really know what the hold up is here. The new shares should have been issued this morning. Its as if they are delaying them to enable some people to get out before the new shares come to the market and decimate the share price.

...RGT's share price is -28.6% at the mo.....RGT are trading today! ! !

People actually bought these earlier this morning at a much higher price,i would have waited a few days firstly. Clearly some people were unaware of a impending price adjustment.

These are ADI shares now arent they?

ie. anyone buying now wont get NewCo shares and anyone selling now only sells the AIM-listed ADI shares.

The record date was Feb 14th to get the NewCo entitlement
