17/2/2011 16:09 | I've got it in writing: close 17th is the moment. | greedfear

17/2/2011 16:07 | You're starting to disgust me...really.... | greedfear
17/2/2011 16:07 | as i say you had to buy on the 14th of feb or before to qualify for both sets of shares.... | doorway
17/2/2011 16:07 | smcl. Yes,you will get I share in RGt and I in ADI. No warrants though. | share_shark
17/2/2011 16:06 | What bit dont you understand GF? Tomorrow RGT as you know it today will become ADI and will have 389 million shares in issue. Thats 4.5 times more than it has now. So if you dont think that will make any difference to the value of your shares today, then i dont know what more i can say. | robandkerry
17/2/2011 16:05 | you buy today you only get shares in a company you cant sell so fill ya boots boys!!!! no adi shares aswell im afraid.... | doorway
17/2/2011 16:05 | Advice sought - shares bought online today okay for inclusion in the demerger? Thanks in advance sm | smcl
17/2/2011 16:03 | the 14th was the last day that you got shares in the new company aswell,so greedfear go for it you wont get any shares in adi if you buy today, just spoke to my broker....plummet time!!!!!! | doorway
17/2/2011 16:02 | You're using the missing brain part again. | greedfear
17/2/2011 16:01 | When the new shares are issued tomorrow they will dilute the current share price by 4 times which should give a bid price of 0.18 ish. So if you can buy RGT at 0.20 today it may be worth the gamble if you are getting new and old shares. Anything more the 0.20 would be a waste of money imo. | robandkerry
17/2/2011 15:59 | Not much happening...silence before the storm? | greedfear
17/2/2011 15:58 | hope this isn't the end for Alzheimers sufferers .... | jmelvin2
17/2/2011 15:48 | Hear, hear! | greedfear
17/2/2011 15:46 | Well, the Court has now approved the capital reorganisation and within a few days 'ReGen Therapeutics LTD' will be born - a new company, with minimal expenses, a growing list of distributors and a single logical dosage regimen throughout the world. Needless to say, Metagenics' sales of CogniSure will now increase substantially, as will Turkey's and India's. I assume that LG Life Sciences has already or will imminently be submitting its application to the local authorities in South Korea for approval, and its coming on board will be a major coup, the most recognisable of all ReGen's partners. China is still unknown and may come soon or may not, but given Metagenics' new dosage and increasing sales in existing markets, I expect the company to make a profit in 2011 even without any new deals. I can easily see total revenues of 300,000 pounds in 2011, which given the cost base of not more than 200,000 should be enough to settle all talk of bankruptcy. However, I repeat my position that an aggressive dividend policy MUST be a part of corporate strategy. Gen has been a huge help and I will do my best to have him appointed as a Non-Executive Director on the Board in March, whose position must be unpaid (but with all expenses reimbursed of course) and whose function should be to represent shareholders and shareholder interests. I will also be doing my part to help push Golgi into new markets and will attempt to open up new ones in Eastern Europe. I also noticed that Martin's time at ReGen comes to an end tomorrow, so I wish him all the best. Percy supposedly still has a consultancy arrangement in place with the new company but I assume that's just to help existing agreements come to fruition. Either way, I don't want him around in 2012. Now that we are private, let's all keep up our communication through the new thread and share as much infomration as we can. The target for us must be to have a suitably priced buy-out or a new flotation by 2014 at the latest (I am looking at an exit being provided in 2013 - even though I may not exit myself if things are going well). Here's to the future. We're all in this together. And we know the product works. I myself have been on one-a-day for two years now and have not been ill once. | dante17
17/2/2011 15:45 | Warrants are not worth taking into consideration. Anyway my broker has informed me that I would receive warrants based on my holding at 17th feb market close. Request: please tank and throw shares to me at 0.2p! | greedfear
17/2/2011 15:35 | that really does need to be clarified or the peeps who bought today have been shafted..... | doorway
17/2/2011 15:27 | Now the clock is ticking! It's a bit like the end of an era when RGT drops off the watchlist. | gantenbrink
17/2/2011 15:21 | they will be throwing them at you for 0.20 near close,it will tank hugely | doorway
17/2/2011 15:20 | yeah good point gant would be a total waste of money if thats the case.... | doorway
17/2/2011 14:11 | Just to clarify - Am I right in thinking that people buying today do not qualify for the warrants as the bonus shares date has passed. Will they be getting 1 Regen and 1 ADI or what? | gantenbrink
17/2/2011 14:08 | You mean other distributors where exactly SS? They have already given exclusive agreements to 75% of the world. Has someone in the North Pole shown an interest? | robandkerry |
