That's good news about the US dosage.

I believe the shares are already ex-demerger. The newco shares should appear on our accounts today. At least that's what it says in the timetable.

From this day on, we will suffer no more dilution, except if Tim gets a few million share options, which I would support. I think options for 2 million shares at an exercise price of 2p would be fair and would give him sufficient incentive to produce profits. But apart from that, the great Kim-il-Percy can no longer dilute us to smithereens the way he has been for years. That in itself is a cause for celebration.
