agreed simon, looking at taking a few more on before close, spent some of the weekend looking back through the history and I do feel their is a decent chance for a recovery story here,

Simon - a few bought before the rise, but not that many! Good to see the MM's have lowered the spread which makes the share more attractive in my opinion.

Agreed Simon, I must admit it was a quick scan over fundamentals, but there is a bit a cash in there that they do appear to be managing and as Bill noted there does appear to be some value in their 1P, I also do remember these guys from the KTS days, so perhaps not too much of an impulse! From the results:

"New customer contracts obtained during the six month period to 31 December 2012, together with contract wins in January 2013 result in our contracted annual recurring revenues amounting to £1.9 million covering 82% of the cost base."

They will secure additional orders, and if not profitable this year, should certainly be cash flow positive. However, I see this as a prime take-out candidate - see previous posts.

There is a lot worse out there for 1.1 mil market cap, net cash 0.6 mil, increase turnover, costs cut and almost at profits, it's by far means not the worst penny out there, overhang, Tps will probably cause a ripple into plenty of other decimal stocks now.

34Simon...as you can probably tell from my posts, I have been here a long, long time. I think there are parallels with TPS in that many people see this as a bust company. However, like TPS, I believe their IP and Patents are worth at least the Goodwill they carry on the balance sheet and the next big order will also confirm a positive cash flow for this year.

As I have said previously, given that that Andrew Miller has now left the company, I could see ARC being swallowed up by a bigger outfit at a substantial premium to the current share price. Patience, patience, patience!!

More buys this afternoon showing as sells. Providing Investec do not unload any more shares, there cannot be that many more shares left at the current price.

In my view the share price has been held back by the partial disposal of shares by Investec. Judging by the recent buying and notified increases in holdings, the share disposal looks to have been cleared up. The recent results, whilst not startling, do show an improvement and the next contract win announcement should see a decent improvement in the share price.

I have added another 2 million this morning, and hope we have finally seen the floor here!
