16/9/2003 06:20 | We all have to start somewhere R, so don't worry. No you cannot buy any shares at 1p unless the price falls to that. What it means is that ARC approached their main shareholders and the directors and offered them a total of 37 million additional shares at a special price of 1p. At the time the offer was made it was at a slight discount to par, but subsequently with the price rise it made the deal very good. For the rest of us this means that there will be a dilution as, instead of there being 167 million shares in the market, there will be 204 million. So, if there had been a dividend it would have had to be spread further. The significant thing to me is that working capital has been raised strenthening the company and the announcement has had no effect on the share price. The suggestion that the company may break even by the end of the year and the continued announcements of major contracts could be very good. Any other help you want just ask. | ![]() prinnytoo
15/9/2003 11:50 | Being a novice at this game, pls can someone confirm if the info below means after the 18th we can buy these shares for 1p or am I a plonker? Placing and Additional Listing The Company previously announced it was seeking to raise additional working capital through a placing. Earlier this week, prior to the announcement earlier today and the recent increase in share price, the Company had arranged a placing of 37,000,000 new shares at 1p per share to raise £370,000, before expenses. This placing has now been completed and application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 18 September 2003. | rcurness
12/9/2003 16:49 | Both the recent RNS's confirm the validity of red24. This could be the start of a very profitable company. Richards, the chairman, did state that break even would be achieved before the end of the year. I look forward to further announcements. | ![]() prinnytoo
08/9/2003 09:31 | Is the 50% rise an over reaction? The number of platinum plus customer of HBSC must be very small. what will this do to sales? Very little imho. | issuseless
05/8/2003 13:22 | Received my ARC report this morning. Very interesting and their red24 service looks to be a winner. Very impressed am going to put my shares away and sit back and wait. | ![]() prinnytoo
03/8/2003 23:46 | Results were good. Profits expected this year. Started rising slightly, we just need a bit of director confidence and it should rise shaply | ![]() hirschnathan
29/7/2003 15:22 | Results should be out thursday morning you can buy at .74 now. The directors will be buying shares after the results, because they want the share price higher | ![]() hirschnathan
10/7/2003 00:44 | Spoke to the company today and was told that the results would be out at the end of this month. | ![]() prinnytoo
25/6/2003 10:45 | I am starting a new thread for the few of us that are into this company, as the old one refers to ARK. ARC Risk Man. should, hopefully, be releasing results from the new company soon, which should start to reflect the new business that they are generating. In the present uncertain climate ARC are ideally set to progress, especially as they now have QBE as clients, which hopefully will lead to further high profile accounts. | ![]() prinnytoo |
