I think they were overwhelmed by the interest and have made an interesting acquisition.

Fund raise at 70p and acquisition announced this am.

Ah ....a bit of consolidation not surprising and Dow drops predicted,for the short-term at least.

Once the owners start supplying "demand" to the market all hell (volatility) usually breaks loose!

Appears to be tightly held,also very reassuring that Appscatter, had
sufficient interest that they could pick investors
who agreed not to sell for upto three years.

The Dow looks as though it's going to do a bit of a rebound today.
Grandparent duties for me today so not much time to look in.

Apparently the original investors......one of whom is from Mckinsey's no less,have stipulated that they won't sell for three years.
