I applied for a few (EIS qualifying) shares in the IPO, but upon learning about the large scale back (to around 45%), I gave my allocation to the missus, so she ended up getting around 68% of her application, I will now follow with interest on her behalf.

Lock-in and Orderly Market Agreement

Each of the Directors and William Booth, who in aggregate hold 19,954,367 Ordinary Shares(representing 31.58 per cent. of the Enlarged Share Capital) have entered into lock-in and orderly market agreements dated 24 August 2017 pursuant to which they have agreed with the Company and with Smith & Williamson and Stifel, subject to certain limited exceptions:

(a) not to dispose of any Ordinary Shares owned by him or it (as the case may be) at Admission, or any Ordinary Shares which may be issued pursuant to any option in respect of Ordinary Shares held at the date of Admission, for a period of twelve months from Admission; and
(b) only to dispose of such Ordinary Shares through the Company’s broker for a further twelve month period in order so as to ensure an orderly market for the issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, certain other holders of Existing Ordinary Shares have agreed not to dispose of interests in Ordinary Shares amounting to an aggregate of 7,396,767 Ordinary Shares, representing a further 11.71 per cent. of the Enlarged Share Capital, at any time prior to the first anniversary of Admission.

Case in pointDestiny Pharma IPO yesterday (DEST) IPO was £1.57 and today it's £2.38 that's up 52% in 2 days as I write this Mainly because the mainstream press cover an IPO more widely the day after Regardless of the short term price action btw it's the actual stock in Appscatter that I'm interested in
