No different from the CEO at my firm. Money man who can blag his way through anything but manage to hollow out the company of its decent people by not investing and alienating staff... Standard PLC politics

Last year there was a trading update at the end of April and full results at end of June. No firm dates as yet, but those are probably in the right ballpark.

I really thought I had answered your question earlier. I hold 150,000 shares across my family holdings.

I really like the idea of investing in this company, but with inflation heading to double figures how many people are going to be using this to save for christmas? Let's face it, we'll of families don't use park or shop at Iceland. This company revolves around the bottom 30% of earning families and corporate gift programs, these are all going to be squeezed over the next 12-18 months. I think for now I'm a no, but maybe after a short downturn, maybe in 18months

My view is that Appreciate have a wonderful start position with lots of potential. Unfortunately, the CEO hasn't delivered. Can the new Chairman turn it around?

Funny reply to the question: Q where is the money made? After a cough/grunt: By people forgetting to spend the complete value of the card. Surely if they move to a digital gift card or app based gift card, it will be less likely for people to forget about the money as it will be on the phone app? Just a thought.

Minute 39 of that video he's asked about an indication of how 2022 is looking, says he can't say anything until the April figures, but his facials aren't great. Lips drawn in while being asked the question, he obviously knows what coming, at the end of his answer you see him frown and then his tongue sweeping the inside of his mouth and lots of lip puckering... not that I study body language...

Sidam, do you mind me asking your holding size? is it shares or CFD? I'd be buying 10000 if I go in, shares.

Appreciate your thoughts, I had done as you said, it looks promising, I did the same with FOXT and they are 30% up from their low, i timed well and got 10000 in at 30.6p now 41p 4 weeks later, intend on holding to 60 to 80p area... These trade at a price that I can afford, which is the driver for me, I have to work with what I have like everyone I guess.

Go to the Hardman site and look at their detailed note and also listen to the webinar that management made. If Hardman are correct the shares are the wrong price.

The vouchers are also sold to corporates as a rewards programme. I think it is misunderstood. But I am not foolproof.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I am on the fence with this company, they used to warehouse gifts but seem to have now moved to distributing gift cards only, they had a lot of bad press post covid after they didn't deliver the toys people wanted, just gave out gift cards, that had likely driven the switch, efficiencies savings as no warehouse is needed to process gift cards so overheads much lower, but who want to swap money for a voucher with an expiry date. I'm not sold? Thoughts?

If you are asking about unit size for investment purposes, let me know and I will post an answer here.

A unit is a measurement it could be 1 or any other number divisible by a single unit

A big unit refers to someone who is larger than average

I hope this helps

He's not a finance man. Background is sales & marketing before becoming a CEO. Currently Chair of a digital business. Will bring something new to this business imo.

Well he's no or little digital experience and is a finance man - a bit like the CEO. O'Doherty has chosen someone a bit like himself to mark his own homework!
