Hmmm.I think I read somewhere that profit margins are about 30%APN has a number of highly credible investors to back up the scalability opportunities for this brand, unlike HUT which seems a bit of a one man (ego?) brand meThe APN founder seems a lot more grounded than MM or his mum at HUT.I suspect you've set a record for being the earliest poster on a new board to be filtered.

So who is willing to take on the mantle of instructing this action. Obviously there are/would be many pi's who would come along for the ride and take on Pat Ryan et al, but it needs someone of solicitor mind to take it forward.

I would not have a clue as to what can be achieved or which route to take but someone on here hopefully has experience on here/iii/other boards. If all pi's were to get involved then surely, if nothing else, we can show the world what a crook this man is and warn any future investors in his schemes to be very very wary of the man.

Any suggestions from anyone?

Its true what they say about the Internet, lots of weirdos! jabba3/tish/piper11 are the same person. Very sad lonely pathetic low life scum of the earth!

Its such a shame, ADVFN should do something about these posters and make the board subscription based or verified only. There are a great bunch of decent people on these boards and you learn who talks gibberish and who does not.

The bottom line here is.......

This company lied to its share holders.

I do not blame any posters on here because if you buy in on a posters ramp then you have no one to blame but your idiotic self!

This was brought to my attention by goodmorning2, I looked at what the company done and what products they offer, thought this looks good. I seen the mix up in the RNS, Spoke to Appian to confirm, "nothing wrong". So I thought a big mistake has been made and it will all be rectified. Bought in, not much but enough!..............

Win some lose some. This is my first investment that I have lost out on so I am quite fortunate. My portfolio is not too battered and this is just the way it goes. I'm sure in the last 6 months plenty on investors portfolios are not what they once were!
