18/12/2017 16:04 | Varies Ms Potts isn't so shrewd and is probably unaware even though she was warned in detail when it was £2 plus by one of my connections, that's if she took the time to read it. Rob G of `Henderson didn't listen to someone who pointed out Nanoco at the prices he was buying was suicidal too. They simply don't do the research we do. There seems to be a problem with synthetic graphene on the lateral sizes, they are far too small for the full range of graphene uses. The CPI tender and aspect ratio looked too high for anyone I knew in the synthetic graphene sector. The CPI built the AGM kit and AGM clearly didn't get the tender as it would amount to news judging by the revenue they have. 250kg of dispersions is a case of BS baffles brains to make it look like they sold 250kgs of graphene. The dispersion could have been 1%, .01%. .001% which is typical. Coatings is different and I see the AGM potential costs too high against others. They haven't named their graphene but put a brand name on a very early play for some sort of structural ink. No TDS or MDS available for their graphene. No change to date retracting the warning that the tech is unproven to date with only Low levels of quality graphene produced. They lied many times and mislead investors so why would they change now. Time will tell if they get to prove it all works, we'll just have to wait and see. | superg1
10/12/2017 17:35 | PS For what this is worth, Puraglobe refer on their web-site (under Innovation) to their collaboration with AGM in the development of "graphene-enhanced sustainable base oil formulations". This must be the joint effort announced by AGM on 23 October 2015. I do not know whether the Puraglobe web-site is up to date. Puraglobe seems to be a private company. | varies
10/12/2017 17:14 | superg I have now read all your posts on this thread and offer you my congratulations on being proved right and on having saved several readers from losing their money. Share price movements, as you say yourself, are often irrational but there can be few people not connected with AGM who have made a penny out of these shares since the surge to 500p that happened within months of the public offering. Although AGM's sales to date are pitifully small, I like to fancy that sales may develop soon. Miss Potts of Herald IT and Mr Ruffer are both shrewd people and their judgment may be vindicated. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and valuable opinion with us here and on VRS. It is well worth having and you kindly refrain from abusing those of us who sometimes take a contrary view. I have a modest stake, which I can afford to lose, and I shall hold on pending further developments. I have too much respect for your opinion to increase it ! | varies
08/12/2017 11:56 | Varies you should check my reply over on VRS. I'm active again today re the lies AGM released and will see it through one way or another. | superg1
08/12/2017 10:34 | Well hopefully your gains in VRS will make up for your loses you will incur here. After all the information thats out there about AGM you choose to invest, seriously. | john henry
08/12/2017 10:08 | oh dear "varies" Invest in what you want but wow.....this one? As you say £900,000 taken by directors in 2015/16 £3m LOSS more fund raising with massive dilution for shareholders and the worst of it is that the company lied with its accounts... Good luck and goodbye. | phoenixs
07/12/2017 12:00 | superg Thanks for your further comment. For the record I am not one of the unlucky purchasers who paid over 200p. I made my first purchase 2 days ago at 38.78p. | varies
06/12/2017 14:00 | BTW the arrow shows the time I informed the FCA free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | superg1
06/12/2017 13:58 | Interesting Varies And there is me wondering whether to send the proof of AGM lies to the AIM regulators who have asked for it so they can act on it. Still no sign of the FCA result yet but you can see the share price response to the sending of the file to the FCA which was around the 210p mark. If you want to back a company that seriously misleads the market up to you. It could fly if they get it right, but no sign of that yet. Still better that you bought down here then over £2 where some poor sods misled by the company bought. BTW the entire staff salary of 42 staff comes out around a £70k average each..... go figure. | superg1
06/12/2017 12:18 | Having taken some profits in Versarien I have bought a modest stake in AGM. The high rate of pay taken by the directors, c£900,000 in 2015/16, is certainly a deterrent but I like the tone of the recent presentation. Umeco, where Jon Mabbitt held a leading role, is a very substantial and successful business and I do not doubt that he is a very able man. AGM now has about 2 years of "cash burn" in hand and should be able to establish a decent sales pipeline soon. If they do, then raising new capital will be easy. | varies
03/12/2017 10:08 | Why can't they sell anything ? Surely it can't be that hard in a marketplace crying out for the product. Are they just aiming for a big pay day from someone looking for a shortcut into the tech ? | maxdba85
16/10/2017 15:12 | Chart over the past few years looks dire. How long before it sinks below the last share issue price? Cumnor, I cannot understand why you or anyone would buy stocks in a company that sounds like it is run by a bunch of boffins with no business idea`s, that has failed investors over a long period of time and appears to be unable to change the direction the company is heading in, while being, as you put it - well feathered. | clocktower
11/10/2017 13:00 | Bought some of those now as a gamble-that's all it is-on their tech scoring with one or two of the manufacturers. Know little about graphene or nanoparticles but at this price, and cash for a year or two at present burn- they might just pull it off. Sounds like a company run by (well feathered, thanks to shareholders) boffins with great tech and no business idea so high risk but lets hope thy are upfront (can't imagine pro investors putting up £9 million without a touch of DD) and maybe successful. imo | cumnor

10/10/2017 09:20 | JakNife - 05 Oct 2017 - 12:47:28 - 40 of 42 AGM The tech doesn't seem to work. - AGM It's a shame that you can't get a sensible borrow on this as it's an obvious zero. -------------- it seems your a dreamer too, as well as a troll. | theprovosts
10/10/2017 08:46 | having the troll / clown jaknife on the board normally means its about to rise. thanks | theprovosts
10/10/2017 08:31 | They can be trusted to take home their wages, laughing all the way at investors expense.Time and time again, people that tell porkies start to believe them themselves and see nothing wrong in what they have said or done. There are always a good reasons invented for the failures, which of course are never of their own making. How many more funding rounds before the curtains get drawn? | clocktower
10/10/2017 08:25 | WOW! The directors will partake in the fund raising by putting in £44k. I am bowled over by their commitment. £9m fund raising. That means they will have raised £27m i three fund raisings and what is there to show for it. Scandalous. | phoenixs
10/10/2017 08:05 | How many times has AGM come to market to raise funds for production expansion during the past few years. They have got to be kidding me and they have still not come out an admitted their errors in their financials which have been pointed out to the board but yet they ignore. Can this company be trusted to do anything decent? | phoenixs |
