Down 6% on just over 350,000 shares not a downtrend imo. It will come back, some are missing the main points.

Not a mass exodus most holding, could reverse quickly.

Mr Market does not like - 28 on top loosers list and heavy selling (if ADVFN alog correct)- Jury still out - RH working hard but much further to go (IMO) and acknowledged in the results -

Operating profit 0.4 million, which I have put in header will update further later.

eps 0.3p pre exceptional

"Net debt at the end of the period was £2.9m, including £0.2m of cash, £2.5m drawn on the invoice finance facilities and £0.6m of unsecured loan notes from shareholders (due July 2018). This is down from net debt of £3.2m at 31 August 2016, a reduction of £0.3m in the period."

What is good about small caps is when the trend changes due to better results the share price can see a meteoric rise at any time. Market cap of a little over £10 million is still too cheap on sales.

Brownie: Dec 1 RNS said Q1 Distribution bookings were a record £4.1m and total Revenue £4.5m. I hope that the H1 Revenue is more like £10m and NP in excess of £400k which would certainly justify an share price way in excess of 10p, our famous glass ceiling. Who knows though, we may both be way out. Several punters obviously think it will be good because of the buying since the announcement last week so fingers crossed for some good news tomorrow.

I'm hoping for

Revenue of £9m+
Gross Margin £3.75m
Net Operating Profit £0.3m

Reduced debt,
good cash conversion.
No or very few exceptionals.

OK, some pure guesses there but basically I'm looking for evidence that the repaired balance sheet is being put to good use and that operating leverage is starting show.

Sorry about the out of date header as you know there is no broker note at the moment and I have taken this up with the CEO.

Brownie, do you have any idea what the expectation is? Forget what is forecast st the head of this message board, it is totally out of date and was estimated by Cantor in Green Compliance days and before the losses associated with shipping costs. There was a huge improvement in the second half last year and if this was improved upon in the first half we should start to gain some respect from II,s. All IMO of course.

A nice tick up to end the week and based on good volume it bodes well as sellers get accommodated.

With results due next Thursday it could also be a positive sign that we could expect results at the higher end of expectations.

On good results this could fly as nervous holders have been to be able to exit and thus less selling into good news likely. All IMHO of course.
