I am really not convinced the update warranted a drop of this magnitude.

Specifically speaking and sticking with the UK, why are we begging the EU to give us drivers and they have given us the two fingers.

Brexit is not the only reason but it has absolutely affected us.

F knows where the Share Price goes from here but I am peeved off. Im not expecting any decent news until after Christmas and even then I have no idea bow much they will announce.

Thank you Brexiters.

It's funny to see people fume about losing money 'because of brexit', and yet those who had their wages undermined for decades by cheap labour don't seem to count...

There's a shortage in both camps because during lock down the old guard retired and HGV testing was stopped.

Plus it's come to light that it's not exactly a desirable job..

Complainers have every right to become a lorry driver.. If they'd rather not then, they cant complain others don't want to either.

There is a shortage of HGV drivers across Europe and the USA. Is that due to Brexit?

Yea but what Roberts didn't account for was this Brexit HGV driver shortage, which is clearly going to hit AO hard. I think he needs to review his original statement.

I have a feeling he will come out and say that 'double digit' growth is not on the cards in light of the Supply Chain issues. IF that RNS comes out, this will tank bad.

Too risky.

In July Roberts was stating on target for 'double digit' growth. Q2 either flat or negative.

Looks like incoming supply chain issues for next quarter. Fking Brexit. I think we are going to see a much lower price over the coming days/weeks.

Absolutely pathetic.

Surprised by the drop. Guidance from July 2021 re-iterated “Double digit revenue growth FY22” – as no accompanying TS today, presumably, nowt has changed??

Usually a reason behind most things; posted yesterday by 'AO Jobs: AO Logistics warehouse in Crewe'; 65 seconds.

And from earlier (ADVFN) "On the macro front (US), orders for appliances, computers, cars, and other durable goods increased in August, up 1.8% to a seasonally adjusted $263.5bn in August, according to the Commerce Department, marking the biggest increase since May and well ahead of the 0.6% expected by economists"

A bit of news from yesterday though the main bit is the last line:

“AO.com launches new health & beauty category in time for Christmas......The company said investments made this year will support the ambition as it looks to more (than) double the size of its business”

Aye; weekly macd turned + last week for the first time since the start of 2021. Re the u/t trades at start of each day, mostly of late they have been just the one share and, also, at the highest price of the day. Any explanation other than a bit of mischief?
