The Board announces that all the resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed, including approval of the final dividend of 7.50p per ordinary share to be paid on 26 July 2024 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 12 July 2024 (ex-dividend date of 11 July 2024).
