09/4/2019 20:50 | i remember this one - i was looking at it pre-merger and never really understood why the management went for it. Guess I will look in after the results at the end of the month but the text from the statements doesn't fit with the figures. Having worked in a bank turnaround story for 10 years - I've seen many new CEOs come in and kitchen sink the first set of results and we'll have to see if Jenny Winter does the same. | pyufak

06/3/2019 20:37 | i have set up a new thread that may (?) help the price (?) if nothing else ; this one is 11 years old - welcome to see posters over there - see if this dog can start to turn | value viper
06/3/2019 20:32 | New CEO in Jenny Winter recently appointed has an opportunity to finally put this business back on track. Hideous journey to date with frankly pure value destruction further to the Ecuphar merger. An AIM 2017 transaction award for this deal leaves somewhat of a nasty taste in the mouth - the chart says it all. However, profitable and growth markets with a renewed focus on higher margins part of strategy. Results at the end of April will hopefully show that green shoots are visible. One to watch in my view. DYOR and good luck to all investors new and existing. | value viper

23/2/2019 21:49 | Hmm what is going on here? I was looking at this stock in 2017 as it was held by some AIM VCTs I was look into. Then this transaction went ahead and put my off as it felt like empire building. What do people think? A slight aside - I still think it's strange this is the front of their investors webpage. Now valued at 85m... 'Animalcare Group plc wins AIM Transaction of the Year Award at the AIM Awards 2017 We are delighted to announce that Animalcare Group plc has won AIM Transaction of the Year Award at the AIM Awards 2017. 06/9/2018 10:09 | Is it not time to be investing in this one - or is ANCR still toxic? I paid 2.14 in April this year when the price slumped hoping for a quick trading profit but now they are looking (IMO) like possibly one for the portfolio. Have you all lost the faith? | loadsadosh2
18/4/2018 07:59 | never liked the merger with Ecuphar, it transformed a simple business to a complicated | mw8156 |
