With the Shell offtake agreement I would assume that there was a set price of what they will pay if they manage to produce any gas?

Fair enough, I've not been invested long enough to remember that. Sounds grim.

UJ Water is a consideration as it costs quite a bit to move and dispose of it and too much of it and the gas doesn't flow, as JA has pointed out. The EU may do a lot of things and so might Vlad, it doesn't matter one jot what the gas price is unless gas is flowing from Poundland. Some of have been through all this jackanory stuff with Anguish with the oil assets and don't believe in promises of pots of gold at the bottom of rainbows, whether in The Weald or Poundland or elsewhere.

Sorry, I was meaning the part about WI at an average of 10.35 BOWPD. Is that a concern ? No we are not going to be producing this winter but the point I was making is that there is lots of chatter about the EU putting on the squeeze beyond winter. We may be heading in to an unprecedented 12 months of sky high has prices.

UJ - Can I break what D? Non comprendi. If/when prices on ICE futures change I can update my calcs fairly quickly. I doubt Anguish will be producing any gas this winter so it's irrelevant what the price is this winter. Feel free to run you own model and calculations though.

I've previously stated the last year (2017) average as per an earlier post: "In the last year of production with the existing wells Poundland averaged 2.42 MMSCFD according to figures from OGA, the figures can be verified from their web site." If you average the monthly figures you posted what do you get? 2.42 MMSCFD? I get an average for 2016 of 5.08 MMSCFD. It lines up with the revenue in the WinGas accounts, all of which I have. Non OGA figures used for estimates I get from the CPR. Futures prices from ICE. Take your pick on the many and varied variables. Yes water cut is increasing, for 2017 this was an average of 10.35 BOWPD. Future estimates for water and condensate are also in the CPR.-----can you break this D an further for the less technical. It's all over the news that Gas prices are expected to rise significantly this winter, would a higher figure not be used ?

Only one "CONMAN" posting here! Take a long look in the mirror!

I've put the "OFFICIAL OGA FIGURES" on Twitter for you and an explanation as to what it means....Are the OGA lying?

Dear me you are simply clueless.

Yes the Wingas document is from 2012. Its gives you the details for all the wells and the multiple failures.
It also says that the two remaining wells have 4 or 5 years before water ingress will cause the drop-off and ultimately well failure....Add the time up that they have produced from then....Yes hey presto it's about 5/6 years.....hence the OGA figures that give water cut at around 10% at the end of 2015 going to over 50% at the end of 2017.

Just for you ill post them on Twitter so you will be able to understand!

JA - I took a quick look at an old download file I have and what seems to have happened is that the latest datasets they have lost the precision for the DGASPROMMS data, this sems to be from sometime in the last quarter. It's more or less the same figures but rounded. That's the one thing you don't do with data, i.e. lose precision on the underlying data, but in terms of analytics they're not too hot in the OGA. I might point that out to them at some point.

UJ9..."That sounds ok to me?"

You didn't read the links then? Increased water cut is a well killer! add to that the £49 a barrel(Angus's own figure) water disposal cost it's a double whammy!

JA Yes,the historic production figures I get from OGA. I download them periodically into an analytics tool so I have all the metrics for all the fields that are within their dataset and can slice and dice. If OGA are changing the data then best to address that question to them as I don't correlate to historic datasets. I've previously stated the last year (2017) average as per an earlier post:

"In the last year of production with the existing wells Poundland averaged 2.42 MMSCFD according to figures from OGA, the figures can be verified from their web site."

Yes water cut is increasing, for 2017 this was an average of 10.35 BOWPD. Future estimates for water and condensate are also in the CPR.

Yes I have read the WinGas FDP, in fact I've also read the earlier FDPs and all the Field Reports so I am aware of the assumptions you have posted.

Still 4 p by Friday according to cuddowivabrain, or was it 3p or 5 p or 10p? I don't know, filtered ages ago, but I don't mind, the higher the better for me.
