                  REPORT FOR THE QUARTER ENDED 30th JUNE 2003


1.     Gordon Resources Limited - Coalmine Royalty Entitlements - Queensland

(a)     Kestrel (Rio Tinto)

The royalty received for the quarter to 31st March 2003 was A$994,604 compared
to A$1,925,548 for the previous quarter.

(b)     Crinum (Broken Hill Proprietary - BHP)

The royalty received for the quarter to 31st March 2003 was A$3,040,585 compared
to A$1,958,000 for the previous quarter.

2.     Mineral Projects

The Group continues to expand its interests in the coal, energy, gold, diamonds
and PGM sectors in Canada and Australia.

3.     Annual General Meeting - 4th July 2003

All resolutions at the 2003 Annual General Meeting were passed. The final
dividend of 0.65p was confirmed and will be payable on 31st July 2003 (making a
total of 1.75p for the year).
