29/4/2024 18:13 | RB' we all trade and invest in our own ways. The thing I exercise is to play and stick around if I feel the Co. Is good enough. Be it a midcap 250 Co. or the AIM rarely I have invested in the FTSE 100. I think I held AAL when it's price crashed to around £2.50. Sold it a bit too early also buying GLEN for around 80P etc. Same story as AAL ! I also held PFC a few years ago. I invested in AAZ quite sometime ago. I have sold big chunks of AAZ in the past and have made very good profits out of it. I think I told Wan' when I started selling AAZ. I have never really been out of AAZ holding. I even sold a property once when AAZ started to pay a divi. This is the first time in my investing history that I have gone all in into an AIM Co. I think I have posted the reasons why I have gone all in into AAZ. I don't think we have to waite too long until we find out if it was a good or a bad decision. I am not in the least bit stressed about AAZ. Well frankly I don't care much. I am quite secure financially in my life or what is remaining of it. I will be 77 years old in July this year. NAI ofcourse. GLA and ATB. | 2cmb
29/4/2024 17:38 | Copper up around 30% and gold 20% since we were stopped in our tracks. Come on any Azeri civil servants reading this, lols | donald pond
29/4/2024 17:00 | mf, but as we all know, this should never have happened, the company did nothing wrong! The tests showed the water in the wells on the mine site itself, is cleaner than New York drinking water standards. The Armenian inspired rabble rousing has been allowed to prosper! Perhaps it's a lesson to the locals, many of whom will have been out of work since this thing began, plus the little businesses dependent on mine wages will be hit too. One hopes they will have long memories, and not do this sort of stunt in the future. | lefrene
29/4/2024 14:43 | Cmb thanks, it’s really a no drama play isn’t it, may lose some profit if I get too greedy which just catching up with Mattjos post 65104, the reason Bumpa excels is discipline. Long time ago I realised Bumpa and an old friend knew the way to trade smart, like someone else I took lessons off, I realised there are many ways to play a market, be as a trader or investor. Thing is, in a bear market, you got to largely sit out or watch profits evaporate as an investor or have nigh on endless funds you don’t need as a private investor. So Bumpa plays a different game to me, does it real well in the main. I’m just looking for odd trades that seem opportunities but not really investments, so I’m still trading different time frames to the likes of Bumpa. | riggerbeautz
29/4/2024 14:11 | YIKES LOL :-) :-) I suppose nothing lasts forever, does it..... :-) Cheers Wan :-) | wanobi
29/4/2024 14:03 | Chuck Palahniuk… ”On a long enough timeline, the survival rate for everything on AIM drops to zero.” At least, that’s what I think he said…😳 | bumpa33
29/4/2024 12:59 | patience noun [U] (QUALITY) the ability to wait, or to continue doing something despite difficulties, or to suffer without complaining or becoming annoyed..... it's as easy as that cmb :-):-) | wanobi
29/4/2024 12:49 | I am sure Reza has been beavering away to fix this hold-up. AAZ is a well run miner and I am sure patience will be rewarded. | michaelfenton
29/4/2024 12:43 | I'm getting impatient now. Copper and gold very strong, let's get into production everywhere. Come on AAZ! share price would be over £2 now if it hadn't been for the ridiculous protest last year. Very frustrating but could, should and imo will turn around very quickly | donald pond
29/4/2024 12:24 | We can afford Waitrose, revenue by this time next year will be running at $250m/yr :) | jbravo2
29/4/2024 11:52 | RB nice play in buying AAL . Could end up with a revised bid. Heavy weekend !! Enjoy life while you can mate. :-). | 2cmb
29/4/2024 11:45 | Wan, it was and I'm out now, job done for me. Pogue AAL we'll see in good time, apologies didn't respond sooner, heavy weekender :) | riggerbeautz
29/4/2024 11:17 | Katsy, under current circumstances, perhaps a 'Bring and Buy' buffet arrangement might be more appropriate! | lefrene

29/4/2024 10:47 | CTL continues to rise to my surprise! Feeling lyrical today lol No idea why can only be because it was badly oversold. There was a placing recently at 22p which maybe a roadblock to further rises but who knows. Still a good 25% to go before that. Latest presentation from the very experienced chairman, now temporary CEO, giving a good overview, Apparently the plan all along was to demote the last CEO soon anyway as he did not have the skillset for the next phase. Thats a fair point as Aldo was very naive it being his first CEO job having set up the company. Wether it's true or not I don't know Play at 1 25 speed minimum as he is a bit slow speaking I hold, not a recommendation to buy, this post was for fun not advice | pogue
29/4/2024 10:44 | would expect MTL to broadly continue in its uptrend through this year as they start to build a cash war chest now the debt is paid off. Potential for additional upside per the exploration/developm "The initial 2024 work programme is intended to commence in the Lacub area, targeting previously identified high-grade gold systems and regional analysis of the underlying porphyry systems. The programme is envisaged to include the following tasks: -- Finalising community and NCIP agreements and future community support programmes, Q1 2024 -- Field mapping and sampling, Q1 2024 -- Airborne geophysics covering the northern extent of the tenement area, Q1 2024 -- Survey and mapping of the small scall tunnels and veins, Q1 2024 -- Development of the geological data base and initial drill target Q1/2 2024 -- Commencement of drilling H2 2024" Very much looks to me that they are also going to transtion from solely a gold producer to a Gold/Copper producer in the coming years | mattjos

29/4/2024 10:37 | My lips are sealed on PXC. I don't want to be accused of ramping. FTC also going again today. A lot on fin twit were saying that they wanted to buy back in and were waiting for a pullback to the low 40s. Not sure that is going to happen. Top tier clients, global leaders in a market growing exponentially, margins expanding, doesn't need too much R&D, pretty much the holy grail. | donald pond
