Gold has been in a tight price range for 2 months now. 1175-1210. A close below 1175 we could see gold test 1100. Like wise a close over 1210 should see a decent run higher.

Still appears to be more buyers than sellers, unjustified drop IMO! The news flow over the coming weeks should be enough to make this sail past 80p!

Kitco article here re gold price and potential for M and A..These type of articles bound to pop up at the moment but I copy it here because it points out that

'the cost of finding gold through exploration has climbed eight-fold since 2007, and gold miners are using up the resources in the ground '

and has an interesting diagram in illustrate of what that looks like.

and I also like the reference to 'surviving gold miners '

“Surviving gold miners are becoming lean, mean, digging machines. They’ve cut all the fat. The good ones are making money, even at today’s prices. And when prices go higher, well — select miners will see their profit margins widen like the Grand Canyon,”

2sp ... I do not who is behind the scenes. I might have a guess but, that is all it would be.The company is not unaware of all this & could find out if it chose to get heavy on the legals & the Holder(s) concerned know it.Whatever ones thoughts, having watched this order book most days since 2014 ... I am very confident that one or more Holders has flouted the declaration rules here.Share prices do not go up from 5p to 70p without there having been more buying than selling.Since Bashirov declared he was at Zero shares, there has not been a Holdings RNS ... Bashirov alone had 20% of the company to sell .. where has it gone?

Didn't you contemplate that whoever is stakebuilding [with view to takeover bid] is masking this by use of multiple subordinate or 'delegated' buyers?

Does the companies Act empower Reza to reveal the 'Puppet Master'?

From reading Section 793, seems to me that clauses 3-6 do just that.

Is what you're saying or rather providing the info. so we can work this out for ourselves?

Divi, Q3 update, Gadir jorc and heliborne survey all happening this Qtr alongside a transparent register of shareholders should pave the way toward realistic company valuation.

This is a Section 793 under the Companies Act:

"A public company may give notice under this section to any person whom the company knows or has reasonable cause to believe—

(a)

to be interested in the company's shares, or

(b)

to have been so interested at any time during the three years immediately preceding the date on which the notice is issued......."
