03/5/2018 18:50 | Just a pity the market doesn't see it that way. Patience will be rewarded I'm sure. | basem1
03/5/2018 18:32 | Excellent, thanks FZ for updating us investors who visit this board. Quite excited re Gadir prospects albeit they have been drilling the area including the Gedabek open pit and below for some 18mths. Present drilling intent to prove up resource/reserves and whilst formulating a mine recovery plan, and it’s all next door to processing plant. News of 2nd crusher arrival, fast falling debt, intensive exploration focus and buoyant metal prices will see this year a game changer. | bleepy
03/5/2018 18:13 | Only needs one institution to take a position to significantly move the price. If a few do .. | jbe81
03/5/2018 18:10 | Excellent! Thx again FZ, much appreciated. | crazycoops
03/5/2018 17:38 | coops - I'd say there were approx 100. The pre coffee break session was slightly fuller though I only arrived as the last pre coffee company ( Mkango Resources) was presenting. The questions post presentation were not top order I'd have to say ( with some re Azer gold being diversionary ) but one question did give Bill the opportunity to explain why AAZ currently represented a more sound investment than 3 or 4 years ago with improved processing facilities, a move away from a single mine dependency, more understanding of sustainable ore bodies , improved site infrastructures and blasting processes. This was in addition of course to the radically improved debt position that the presentation had already covered. | friendzarin
03/5/2018 17:34 | homebrewruss, thanks for posting that brilliant summary. AAZ are going to eliminate that small debt very quickly this year. | davidspringbank
03/5/2018 17:17 | Terropol, I rarely venture out, but, I may well see if am able to do so. If I do manage to attend, will certainly have a chat. Regards | yasx
03/5/2018 17:07 | I expect the crusher will be in by the end of the month, give or take a few weeks. Hopefully he's meeting new potential large investors. | celeritas
03/5/2018 17:07 | Thanks FZ. Roughly how many people were in the audience for Bill's presentation? | crazycoops
03/5/2018 16:27 | Bill followed the presentation with not much divergence. Mentioned that the crusher arrived two weeks ago and is being installed but did not give any further update on time frame. I spoke to him briefly afterwards .He is over until next week when the audit committee meet and in the meantime will be seeing John Meyer from S P Angel and he mentioned a couple of appointments that St Brides have lined up for him but again no real detail I'm afraid. Post presentation it was rather quiet as everyone seemed more interested in joining the lunch queue and Bill was surrounded by people trying to sell him their services. | friendzarin
03/5/2018 14:55 | FZ, thank you for looking. Unfortunately I was working until 0200 this morning. Didn't get home until 0300 so it was never going to be possible. I had originally hoped that I was going to achieve on a different night but no such luck. The presentation looked good. Any after presentation snippets? Gold shooting back up this afternoon. | henwii
03/5/2018 14:22 | I suggest at the AGM, if not declared...(But I think it will),we should state our holdings and suggest officially for a dividend to be paid. | terropol
03/5/2018 14:15 | I hope you can make the AGM YASX, likley to be 29th June. Happy to buy you a coffee and have a chat. | terropol
03/5/2018 14:12 | I make it $62million on 81,000 GEOs which I expect will be beaten What do people calculate net profit to be? Thanks in advance | return_of_the_apeman
03/5/2018 14:10 | Seems there's somebody out there who needs to raise money, perhaps this is the easiest thing they have to sell? Is it PWC? Eventually the seller will be done. If my sums are not too awry it would look as if the company could start to pay a decent divi. | lefrene
03/5/2018 13:57 | lOADS OF PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW A BARGAIN WHEN THEY SEE ONE.... | terropol
03/5/2018 13:41 | My sums based on the $564 per ounce production costs suggests a gross profit of $60 million or circa 53cents (38p) per share gross profit. Makes the current share price look even sillier. | lefrene
03/5/2018 13:24 | Good presentation, nice rise in gold too. | jbe81
03/5/2018 12:35 | "Several high grade targets under investigation" | mattjos
03/5/2018 12:30 | Great report, I cant believe no trades today, have all the market makers refused to quote while presentation is being made .... | catsick
03/5/2018 12:21 | Anyway, I think that is a pretty comprehensive & persuasive summary of the company as at today. Be surprised if there were not some that leave todays meeting with a firm intent to dig a lot deeper and consider getting invested. | mattjos
03/5/2018 12:19 | :-) .. they don't even bother giving a name for the share price Angel contact on closing page. I would suggest share price Angel's days are numbered here | mattjos
03/5/2018 12:13 | Cost of production $564 per ounce!! Amazing. Thanks homebrewruss. | lefrene
03/5/2018 12:09 | very clearly the new crusher is on site now and being installed. I expect switch on by/before end of month | mattjos
03/5/2018 12:01 | You got it. Til at least 2023 at 87% is the key bit. Most of us know the resources are there, but it's nice to see them stating definitive intent to prove them up now. The advantage of keeping them low to aid faster depreciation is less applicable now | jbravo2 |
