In the RNS today, the following was reported:

"Capital Reorganisation
Following the approval of the requisite resolution at the General Meeting, each ordinary share of GBP0.05 will be subdivided into ordinary shares of GBP0.001 ("Ordinary Share") and one C deferred share of GBP0.049."

I telephoned the broker II to enquire and they told me that this mean that old
shareholder will either get cash or extra shares. It seems to me that old shareholder will not loose as much as was perceived.

I hope you're right.
Unfortunately, Alex MacDonald has tweeted that he thinks Miton have voted for the ZEN deal.

Lack of any update from Jub and/or Align doesn't bode well either.

Needs a big push from PIs to kill it.

I've no idea of the history between you guys or what has happened in anyones past, but I distance myself from all these other users (ie dud) who have differing views. I'm an annoying thorn, but I'm not vindictive like what they posted earlier today, or previously. Brush them aside.

Good evening,
I have only opened this account today and haven’t worked out how to post generally yet! I noticed your previous AAOG comments seemed sensible and sympathetic to shareholders. If you have an account on the London South East LSE site could I ask a small favour please?
I have been suspended from there as of today for posted my derogatory opinion of the BOD. I wanted to tell the AAOG chat page that I have reported AAOG to actionfraud.police.uk and fca.org.uk this morning. Some further details on Twitter #aaog.
I have voted against ZEN.
If you can spare the time to copy and paste this I would really appreciate it. To LSE and/or advfn until I suss how to do it!
