Thanks Seagreen.

I wouldn't bet against some form of action against AAOG and the BoD though...

Haha so many hurt people. But you guys were so much against aaog a few months ago you said it was going to zero. You should be pleased that it's taken this course.Oh dont tell me you got clever and thought you could buy at the bottom for a white knight to recover all. Oh dear. Talk about sinking your own dinghy.

Spot on ZEN deal allows for cash to be paid to Directors and an orderly wind down and sweep dirt under the carpet of the company no doubt being paid £200k a year for the privilege....

If it really is a done deal I am surprised the shareholders do not form an action group and issue proceedings for the return of ATOG and take civil actions for damages against the relevant directors the amount Gervais Williams has lost is fairly material to his fund and if the directors have personal liability insurance then there would be a target/effective asset to go for.

Nothing to stop that happening after the theft by ZEN of the asset and in fact then subject to waivers of future liabilities that I can not see would not be construed as avoidance of liability so any success and forthcoming liability for damages by the legal entity may be would potentially fall 80% onto ZEN...that would be amusing but one would have to be a lawyer and to see all the documents to work that one out.

Absolutely right Seagreen.

They're getting the ATOG lifeboat ready to hop on to, hoping that AAOG will die with a whimper in its shell and that everyone will shrug their shoulders and give up, 'putting it down to experience'.

NOT THIS TIME!!

Yes but nobody trusts the people involved with the second offer.Cope asked them to reply in detail to her queries and they couldn't answer them. The email trail is embarrassing for align and partners.

From the available evidence the chances of success of Djeno is very high (99%). So why
can't the existing management find a reputable partner to develop the field? Why can't
Fincap find a reputable partner? Are these people inefficient, incapable or unfit for the job? I attribute this failure to the bad relationship between them and SNPC. So to me it seems the first thing to do is to sack the management and replace them with some
one acceptable to SNPC. Is it not what the second offer is trying to do?
