08/1/2020 18:12 | At least with Jub offer there is hope...Zen offer will kill us completely! | zen12
08/1/2020 18:02 | Oh dear mickey mouth failed again here by blindly following more seasoned game players.Looks like whatever deal occurs, shareholders lose out.No wonder he has to swear to vent his anger. | apfindley
08/1/2020 17:54 | It's such a wooly and armeturish RNS, smells of a desperate BoD trying to cause fear with investors. Vote down and sack this inept BoD....last chance to get this of this lot don't miss out lol | zen12
08/1/2020 16:41 | FWIW if you bother to pay attention over the last year I have been vehmently anti the previous and current management's recent behaviour ... as I said last time you stalked me. If finance could be raised and a board that could be trusted was put in place then there is a chance they could turn round it but it wont be easy but it is the better option for the existing shareholders in my humble belief. With no guarantee of sucess. I merely think the ZEN offer is robbery and should not be given preference to the Align offer without full consideration of both offers. If I was a shareholder that is what I would want that is all. | seagreen
08/1/2020 16:25 | Dudishes do you really think it is still ok to stalk someone and make fun of someone's son nearly dieing over 10 years ago...........? You can not get any lower mate | seagreen
08/1/2020 16:16 | Been mulling over this a bit today. If I was ZEN or Align, I'd like some more information about the claim. Specifically: On what basis is the claim being made? What is the quantum? | nutty1
08/1/2020 15:40 | Clear Seagreen, yet another loser for you. You just don't know how to pick em, as noticed on DAY thread, while ago. Cannot blame Son's issues on this one, even a year ago. Just for interest:- How did you manage to post on Day BLUE thread, when you are Black, or was that your objective, to pretend to black? I do not wish you harm, you make a good case, but somewhat rampastic, don't you think? cheers all the same, keep truckin, more intelligent than M5, failed car sales. | dudishes
08/1/2020 12:12 | Wow wouldnt that be an epic moment. Not sure about Custer, more like custard pies all round. | apfindley
08/1/2020 12:06 | Just do the opposite of what APFcanttellthetruthd Really some of the board would not know how to spell the word truth if it hit them in the face....guess that is the problem when you tell a bag of lies and you think you have got away with it ...it becomes dificult to hide from the odd bit of colateral damage smacking you in the face like a wet piece of hadock.... If Askel is claiming for a fee on sale of Tunisian assets to AAOG maybe that means a fresh board could come in and get them back from ATOG if they half inched them, which Askel's claim if proven gives further indication this may have happened.... That would be hilarious .... never quite understood why they did not go through with it as they are producing assets which would have been immediate revenue to AAOG's bottom line and cash balances and may have saved the day if the price was right they could have raised funds surely....... Makes Eastenders look weak as the story evolves you would have dificulty making it up I wondered why people were buying yesterday I must have misheard the fat lady clearly has not sung yet .....They think its all over .....not quite yet Brian | seagreen
08/1/2020 10:37 | Speculative BUY for an easy 1p ps Zen will bail out now , they will not be able to proceed with the deal whilst legal action/claims made. Leaving the jub deal the only other alternative. | the stinger
08/1/2020 10:36 | Indeed buys indicate align maybe the outsider but making rapid progress down the home straight. | seagreen
08/1/2020 10:35 | Just love this phrase... "Askell's alleged claim relates to the Company's aborted efforts to acquire the Tunisian assets of MedCo" Yes, aborted the acquisition and then flipped it on to ATOG which has the same directors and which used AAOG to pay for the DD. | nutty1
08/1/2020 10:34 | Zen will bail out now , they will not be able to proceed with the deal whilst legal action/claims made. Leaving the jub deal the only other alternative. | the stinger
08/1/2020 10:31 | Dude - pay attention I have been anti board for over a year due to lack of Corp governance etc | seagreen
08/1/2020 10:29 | Nutty1 all hail chief crystal ball ...no sooner sugested then ping...Seems the board only advise the truth if someone posts on advfn..How long have they known about that gemThat puts payment from Atog in doubt too I guessPerhaps the cleaner speaks the truth as no one else does | seagreen
08/1/2020 08:50 | See MMs playing along here, with swings on nothing trades. | zen12
08/1/2020 08:36 | As expected, more claims, another 18% drop. You don't half pic em kid! | dudishes

08/1/2020 07:49 | RNS - Will give hugh ammunition to the ALIGN offer! Trying to scaremonger PIs, useless! | zen12
08/1/2020 07:17 | Isn't this the company that had reservations about dealing with AAOG in the past reported in Africa Intelligence ? Rick Crist ? I posted this back in April 2019 from AEI ' Anglo-African's David Sefton trusts Berwick with new venture David Graeme Sefton, the founder of the British junior active in Congo-B, Anglo-African Oil & Gas, has embarked on a new venture with the launch of the UK-based Anglo-Tunisian Oil & Gas. This company will be headed by Sefton's right-hand man, the French-speaking boss of Anglo African Oil & Gas James Berwick, at the helm since January 2018. Berwick previously held senior positions with Ophir Energy and Impact Oil & Gas (AEI 810) . According to our information, the new firm has already struck up talks to pick up all or part of Indonesian oil group Medco's Tunisian portfolio. Since 2014, Medco has held stakes in eight blocks, seven of which it operates. Two of these, Adam, operated by Italian major ENI, and Bir Ben Tartar already produce some 16,000 bpd. But the discussions seem to have hit a snag for the moment. It appears the financial firm overseeing the sale of Medco's shares, Askell, headed by American national Rick Crist, is reluctant to validate the transaction. When contacted, neither Crist nor Sefton wished to comment ' | zengas
08/1/2020 07:06 | Oh dear lol.Is this the start of the claims they were denying they knew could potentially exist. | apfindley |
