Dodge ....step one is to find a rig and after their last dispute and legal spat ....they are not going to feature on any rig provider's Christmas list ...but there is simply a shortage of rigs available in Congo so they are going to be last in the queue ..............the interim chair and CEO know this full well (get it ...Well.... )

Look, I'm going to give it to you straight, like a pear cider that's made from 100% pears; I think this company has degenerated into an insider enrichment scheme. Those folks who continually try to pump this stock are probably disgruntled bag holders looking for an exit. What may have been a legitimate project probably became unviable due to mismanagement, and now the insiders are scrambling like rats. I've seen this show a hundred times and the PPS tells the tale. Now I'm willing to hold here, as I don't have too much riding on this stock, but this is what my mind's eye is telling me.
