23/9/2019 17:34 | What a tool you are findley the way your brain thinks. Atog won't be anywhere near it. Simple question, when the licence comes up for renewal, has anyone considered what it will cost? 20-25 year licences are not granted for free. | zengas
23/9/2019 17:29 | Oh dear now zengas thinks atog will swoop and steal the license....these uninvested guys will never be happy, no wonder they're divorced or singletons. | apfindley
23/9/2019 17:24 | Indeed a bottomless pit...a bottomless OIL pit. | apfindley
23/9/2019 14:16 | I'm sure the BOD will note your concerns, Cash (along with the other 24 non-shareholding regulars frequenting these boards). | tameimpaler
23/9/2019 14:06 | They need to cancel any ops on Tilapia until the situation is clarified and whatever money they have - invest it elsewhere. Money is going down a bottomless pit here. Cash | cashandcard
23/9/2019 14:01 | To put a stop to much of this mis-placed speculation/anxiety currently being exhibited by the hordes of non-shareholders frequenting this board, you lot should all club together, buy a £100 quid worth of shares and exercise your rights effectively. Try it - It can be very enlightening. | tameimpaler
23/9/2019 13:38 | A Letter does not constitute a new licence. | aaogplc
23/9/2019 12:44 | Offered, but subject to various conditions ? What if they are mutually unacceptable or to steep for AAOG to agree to ? Also has anyone (and I don't see where) considered what the renewal fee might be? $1m -$2m - $5m ?? One other thing, was it not mentioned in the last 12 months or so that a 3rd party might take up an interest in the licence ? 28th June 2019. "The existing 20-year licence in respect of Tilapia expires in July 2020. The Director of Hydrocarbons from the Congolese oil ministry has written to the Company offering a new licence of 25 years duration (namely to 2045), with a further five-year option, subject to various conditions. These conditions have not, at the balance sheet date, been spelled out, nor have they been negotiated. If the negotiations prove not to be fruitful, there is a significant risk that the licence will not be renewed. However, all the indications from the Group's discussions with the Ministry are that they welcome the investment of the Group into Tilapia, are pleased with the successful initial drill of well TLP-103C and are supportive of a longer-term development plan for the field. For these reasons, the directors are confident that agreement can be reached on the terms of the new licence before the end of 2019." | zengas
23/9/2019 12:16 | 30 Apr 2019.It's very clear the new license has been granted. The license is in place. All that's not finalised is the psc terms between the parties...You cant even spoonfeed some people."Anglo African Oil & Gas plc, an independent oil and gas developer, is pleased to announce the receipt of a letter from the Government of the Republic of the Congo signed by the Minister of Hydrocarbons, Monsieur Jean-Marc Thystere Tchicaya, formally offering a new licence (the 'New Licence') to Petro Kouiliou ("PK"), the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, over the producing Tilapia oil field ('Tilapia'). The Company and the Government will now work together to finalise the terms of a new Production Sharing Contract ('PSC') for the new Tilapia licence." | apfindley
23/9/2019 12:12 | Ok Tom, you just proved again in your message that you're a whingingfroth. You should remember your words that you post as TW so you dont end up repeating them under other aliases.. | apfindley
23/9/2019 10:46 | Tell me seagreen, why SNPC keep paying contribution if no feasible oil production from Djeno/Mengo? | 338
23/9/2019 09:40 | Not LHR. The | aaogplc
23/9/2019 09:35 | I assume that's Seagreen that you are bringing up to speed? | tameimpaler
23/9/2019 09:29 | Look at the admission document-it is clear when LHR extant licence ends-July 2020 | aaogplc
23/9/2019 09:14 | Only a tool asks for an apology when they've been found to be not only mis-informed, but attempted to introduce fabricated (and dangerous) "potential facts". You're good for a history lesson Seagreen, but that's about it - Keep up man, you're well behind the curve. Not everyone has been burned by AAOG - you should move on. | tameimpaler
23/9/2019 09:09 | Honesty uses few words | tameimpaler
23/9/2019 08:10 | Digging deep at Djeno is what we wish... not an imaginary comments 😂 Invest £10k to become £200k or £1k by x-Mas 2019... if you can afford it 👍 | 338
23/9/2019 08:08 | you're very funny. | tameimpaler
23/9/2019 08:01 | You all get irritated with Seagreen only because he calls it the way it is from well researched argument. Most of you wish you had the ability and experience to dig deep. | aaogplc
21/9/2019 08:10 | Hi seagreen long post! Wondering if you could clear up the below, as 100% of your posts (since I have arrived anyway) have been absolute drivel... I am no Messiah but 95% or thereabout of what I have contributed resulted in the company declaring the truth in RNS or trying to cover up and was proven correct. | ddonaldson2
20/9/2019 14:30 | Not renewed yet - but it's in safe hands for optimum deal. Unlike the Messiah, JB is fluent in French. | tameimpaler
20/9/2019 14:21 | I have no idea which company's admission document/RNS the Messiah is reading from. As for not being anti AAOG - words fail me. | tameimpaler |
