18/9/2019 13:45 | the term abandon ship comes to mind | seagreen
18/9/2019 13:43 | Another clever bit of financing from the disaster that was the chairman the share price has dropped some 30 to 40% (cant be bothered to work out exactly as it is still going down)since he accepted this finance scheme so they wont have the expected level of monthly funds as it will be reduced by the bench mark percentage to complete the drilling potentially if they can not get good or similar terms to the current contract then if the share price reacts poorly potential bankruptcy looms .....for those intellectuals like APF that is zero pence but you will have some pretty share certificates which you can frame and call Sefton's folly. you could not make it up out of all the schemes available at least let the company get 100% of the money..even a convertible does that.... No wonder a large Rat left a sinking ship....a gamble with shareholders funds that was far the most risky option....no doubt he managed to approve his own redundancy terms ...no surely even he would not do that? | seagreen
18/9/2019 13:16 | So tampon. We dont know what you know.. I said 3p on its way.... So what you got to say kid? | matunde24
18/9/2019 13:02 | This company is basically the same as TRP and yet TRP is valued at less than 3million which suggests the share price here has some way to fall yet unless they firm up on their drilling plans. | dodge_city

18/9/2019 10:05 | If there is bad news this will be less than 1p. The share price is heading that way in any case. | dodge_city
18/9/2019 09:56 | It must be a long way off, if and when there is good news the share price will be 2p. | dodge_city
18/9/2019 09:35 | When will the good news be announced? | apfindley
18/9/2019 09:30 | When will the bad news be announced? | dodge_city
17/9/2019 15:51 | When people try to get ahead of themselves for personal gain , and think they know better than everyone else, then eventually realise they've been caught blatantly twisting the facts and stating total untruths.... apologies are seldom conceived. | apfindley
17/9/2019 15:21 | As you are aware the licence runs to June 2021 (apologies I thought it expired earlier and was misinformed) in the admission document at 47% so they need to get cracking as there is a very real concern that SNPC (for whatever reason) are happy to renew the licence but are haggling about the favourable 47% which is unlikely to be obtained again and indeed seems could be considerably less so there is a lot of heated discussions on going as we speak and no doubt James is doing his best to secure holders a deal considerably higher than what they are being offered currently. At least that would appear to be the key reason for slow progress explained. It is not easy negotiating in africa. I hope he does well for shareholders he has plenty of experience. | seagreen |
