"So what are people hoping/expecting from AYM in 2026"
I admire your optimism.
I expect More placings to fund the directors lifestyles and another 50% fall in the share price |
calmtrader; at the very minimum, I would like to see your list above happening in 2025. However at this price level I think it is a case of too little too late.
HNY all. |
calmtrader, I'm hoping for all those and a rising share price too. I'm not expecting any of them..... Gla. |
So what are people hoping/expecting from AYM in 2026Me: Grangesberg monetisation. Grant on back of zinc added to critical list. Strategic investor coming onboard. Green light from the council. |
How many years have they dragged out this planning issue? 3, 4, 5 Years? They already have planning permission. Planning permission for a 1,000 tonne per day mine was obtained in 1988, reviewed in 2006 and remains current.
They know they need to ‘appear’ to be doing something in order to bank the salary and expenses, hence let’s update the planning permission, that should get us a good few £100k for sending the odd email.
The first job the CEO needs to address is the financing, not the already in place planning permission. I thought Battershill was going to sort the financing, I soon realised I was wrong, and I don’t think this new fella has the experience or contacts to address the financing problem, he’s happy enough to continue issuing shares to fund his £120k salary and pension |
doesnt seem to have gone to planning committee which is good as there were not enough objections, so a senior planning officer passes and we move to next stage whatever that is seems to be the Environmental Impact stages |
In what context does it "look good" out of interest? |
Thanks calmtrader. Yes, it looks good. |
Any planning experts out there..this looks good news?https://ioacc.my.site.com/s/papplication/a1GR500000116dtMAA/sco20241?language=en_GB |
Indeed, a very merry Christmas to the directors and all on this thread. Next month there will be a financing at half a penny and it wont be offered to Joe Public ! |
A very merry Christmas to all the directors, and may they prosper in 2025. Another visit to the bucket shop should do the trick nicely. |
Bring on the zip wire. It’ll be a winner as long as the descent isn’t as steep as the fall in share price. |
A couple of 1,000,000 sells at all time low 0.62p and 0.7p one wonders at what price they bought, include the spread and any buy above 1p is more than a 50% loss in a few months
I remember someone posting that the share price wouldn’t go down because the CEO had bought shares, think that was at 2p 🤷a94;️ |
If a deal is done on Grangesberg it ain't going to be very good for the company, calmtrader. If I was hell bent on getting Grangesberg I would make an offer for the whole company and shave off various projects into NEWCO's. Anyway, that's my pennies worth !! |
I sold up earlier in the year. But loss was worth the utter tedium of waiting for nothing to happen. |
All the bad news factored in now surely..love to see what happens to the share price if a deal is done on Grangesberg or some non dilutive raise |
buy and sell for a 10% is what uk investing has become... |
Share price low of 0.62 of a penny earlier today equating to a market cap of barely £3m. The debt far exceeds the value of the market cap!! What are "management" doing about this lethargy? |
To buy or not to buy? That is the question..... Apologies to William S for that. Gla. |
There's been about 2 placings every year now since directors stared drawing salaries in 2021. I'd guess there will be one in Q1 and one in Q3 next year |
Just another lifestyle vehicle.
I expect a pump soon to raise the price for a January placing, then the slumber will continue for another year or so before the next placing is required.
Nothing ever happens here, just directors receiving their salaries |
New all time low and almost out of cash again.
Those interested in micro caps might want to look at CRMS, I bought a few the other day £1m market cap and revenue from commodity trading has just began. In the last update they said: 'significant, positive news during Q1 2025' |
Buying Grängesberg was a case of using AYM shareholders funds to pay off directors private company debt |
Baner, that’s my take on Grängesberg too. I reckon Jo probably dodged a bullet in not taking up the final 50%. It’s hard to say which of the three entities is the worst - LIM, Grängesberg or Parys. At least I still have my original 1788 Parys ha’penny … which may end up being worth more than my entire AYM shareholding one day. Moral: don’t invest in AYM, scoop up all the Parys pennies you can find on eBay, and sit on them for 20 years. |
