16/5/2024 23:38 | Space, skyrocketing copper prices might influence AYM’s share price IN 5 years time … if this project ever gets off the ground. In the meantime, just sit back and enjoy the FRES fun and games where there does generally appear to be a link of sorts between the base metal price and the share price | ![]() j5thumbs
16/5/2024 13:45 | How is this shttt share doing guys on the back of fantastic news and skyrocketing copper prices | ![]() spacedust
16/5/2024 08:35 | Itndoesnt if they said 53p or 554p. The price is 1.4p which clearly shows no one gives a ahttt a about WH Ireland | ![]() spacedust
15/5/2024 23:50 | Ok, thanks for clarifying, calmtrader. | ![]() j5thumbs

15/5/2024 22:43 | 11.2p is for AYM. 5.4p for Parys | ![]() calmtrader
15/5/2024 21:27 | W.H.Ireland - 5.4p fair value? Weren’t they quoting 11.2p just 18 months ago, or is that a different metric ? “We see fair value at 11.2p/share, using conservative assumptions”. Has their “fair value” estimate more than halved? | ![]() j5thumbs
15/5/2024 18:02 | PXC says has got its copper bond funding conditionally fully subscribed after hours ..staggered $80m to fully fund development to production. Have given 25% of the company away to get it done..appear's quite a good deal on the surface as hopefully provides surety of funding.Hasn't even got a PFS out yet .. | ![]() kooba
15/5/2024 09:07 | There has never been a better time for AYM management to do deals than now with commodity prices booming, the silence on their Grangesberg stake is interesting, is this finally about to be monetised ? Copper in the UK is what AYM is all about. The market value of AYM is totally out of kilter to underlying value, at current levels is a great entry point, hence the brokers recent 5p valuation. | ![]() mininglamp
15/5/2024 08:38 | Copper price continues upwards as more people see demand exceeding supply, and speculators jump in. Its interesting to see the green revolution stoking demand for copper (EVs and wind turbines in particular), but its just left to the market to supply the increased demand. No doubt the market will respond, but (as we know) opening new mines takes years - not least because no one seems to want to put up the money to finance it, but also because more and more permits and consultation are required. The shortages are predicted to extend to 2030 and by some to 2040. Big companies are trying to buy each others copper assets, but that has been described as re-arranging the deckchairs on the titanic (by the Anglo American CEO). They should be investing in new mines. Here's a bit on the EV perspective : I just hope something is happening behind the scenes with AYM, small though it is - it couldn't have a better tailwind. | ![]() noccer
15/5/2024 08:22 | Fair value 5.4p according to WHI from yesterday, explains the buying interest | ![]() m1sterx
15/5/2024 08:03 | Can confirm they were asking 1.65p yesterday, lots of buys also. A couple of large trades that looked like sells were cancelled by the MM'ers, strange goings on. Seen this happen before, often a precursor to a price uplift. | ![]() one2go
14/5/2024 17:05 | Can't wait for our resource update | ![]() calmtrader
14/5/2024 16:23 | New all time high for copper today. | ![]() noccer
14/5/2024 14:24 | So at 13:35 you "couldn't buy a bean at 1.5p" but at 14:04 someone bought 35000 at 1.488p. Guess your beans are so much bigger than mine. | ![]() folderboy
14/5/2024 13:35 | The market makers are failing to advertise 'real' prices, you cannot buy a bean for the advertised offer of 1.5p. It does make you wonder if they are trying to protect a short position here, if buying demand continues so those the wrong side of the trade could lose out heavily, at the moment the bulls have it. There might just be a disproportional upside move on the cards here. | ![]() broken_arrow1
14/5/2024 11:54 | Just been looking at Grangex where there has been a very smart recovery following recent weakness..up 40% off lows..Also they have got an off take agreement from Anglo on the recently purchased https://www.sydvaran | ![]() kooba
14/5/2024 11:51 | IG are still asking 1.65p for just £3k of shares, to get those with other providers you would have to go 'at best' or place a limit order and see if you are lucky. Clearly the market has turned more bullish on this stock over recent sessions. | ![]() broken_arrow1
14/5/2024 11:48 | Context of having more reservesCopper up over 30% in six months, approaching five year high. | ![]() kooba
14/5/2024 10:45 | You'll only be able yo buy if someone sells loads. Once sells come through the share price will tank. Instead if making a market the MMs just don't allow you to buy. This is the reason why thr share price is stuck in the doldrums. They should spike the share price and then you'll see sells galore. | ![]() spacedust
14/5/2024 10:02 | well someone has made a far more chunky buy than me @ 1.495p | ![]() folderboy
14/5/2024 09:54 | This is what you get with IG on just £1500 of shares | ![]() broken_arrow1 |
