roughly 12sk to £1.
160msk market cap.
approx £13.3m valuation
Aym own 20% therefore balance is roughly £10.5m remaining
However, shares are on a downward curve.
I will say that we do not have the funds available to buy.
Only way we can achieve this partly is to get rid of Labrador holding which might increase our ownership up to around 50%.
We have no funds, the markets know it hence the low value of Aym.
If Wh Ireland suggest our valuation is 5.6p per share.(I am assuming this is Aym shares) then they value our stake at over £13m (out total shares x 5.6p)
No surprise that this is the total market cap of Grangesburg AB.
Either I have got my sums wrong or WHI have.
Would someone care to check my figures, or am I looking at some different parameters to them.
If my figures are correct then Grangesburg element of Aym share price is about 1.1p.
Doesn`t leave much for Parys then if we are trading at 2.2p

What would you pay for the remaining 70% of Grangesberg...WH Ireland value our 20% holding at 5.6p share

Probable new raise by end of March. £900k won`t go far.
Drilling is not cheap and there will no doubt be trips to either Sweden or Canada, or both.
Add to this loan repayments to Juno.
The company will be bankrupt unless it raises more cash.
Assets in the ground are worthless unless we can find a way to get into production.
As this is highly unlikely then I believe that more dilution has to happen, sooner rather than later.
Watch this space.

The placing in May 2022 raised just under £900k .. keeps the salary payments going for a few years . When that runs out they’ll obviously raise another lump off mug shareholders. What are they delivering ? Resources reports ? Investment in LIM was impaired by £2.14Mn with trading losses of £693K ..so maybe another 6 months to the next placing ? £4m loan in those books also ! Pure AIM gamble currently only making the directors money . Trader465 .. you appear to be a bottom feeding AIM gambler .. as you have posted on many other boards .. the stats are against you being a successful investor in AIM . Now I understand the drink problem 🥃

Trader465 .. all they have to fund is a salary and a couple of reports .. doesn’t exactly take a lot of funds to cover that and keeps the lights on . Doesn’t mention anything about actually producing any iron ore whatsoever . You really are incredibly naive .. or just under water with another one so do your suggestive “this is a 5 bagger” approach to try and incent new buys . You don’t fool me Trader465 . No wonder you drink so much.

Never sold any iron ore 🤷‍a94;️

That is the million dollar question that nobody knows the answer to. I doubt the resource update alone will make a huge difference in current market conditions, but it might offer a small boost.

Selling LIM and taking the option on Grangersberg may be a good move.

trader -will that resource update make any difference to the share price?🤔

The way i see it unless they take up the option on Grängesberg (but not sure how we will fund it),sell one of the projects on then the share might go to double digits....

At the moment there's nothing but wild (short & medium term) predictions on share price which have been miles off the mark...

Kenny my little petal - 25th November “The private placing in May 2022 has put Anglesey in a position to fund its planned operations for the next 12 months”

28th November “We are currently working on the resource update for the White Rock and Engine Zone, which is expected to be complete over the next six weeks.”

Substantial capital needed to mine . AYM can only get this by massive dilution imho. It’s a very small MCAP £6.32M - there are reasons for this !! Never sold a single tonne of iron ore . It’s just a Mickey Mouse AIM gamble imho .. might make a few quid .. might just as easy lose the lot . Anything a poster Trader465 says can be discarded as incorrect , lies or just plain and simple he gets it wrong pretty much all of the time. It’s on its last legs without a raise imho .

Jo's been over to Sweden presenting Grangesberg is a fantastic asset not reflected in our Market Cap "Apologies for the non-Swedish response, but many thanks for the invite to present Anglesey Mining's plan for the Grängesberg Iron Ore Mine to the group. We look forward to working with you all on progressing the opportunity to restart Grängesberg as one of Europe's largest suppliers of high-grade iron ore concentrate."

On the other hand if goldman socks came up and suddenly put a price target of 50p for no reason the share price will rose to 50p even if we find a mountain of dog poo. This is how the aim.market works.

J5 yes. But you f9rgot to add that even if we found a mountain full of cash containing trillions of pounds in cash the share price would stay below 3p.

Calm if wh Ireland valuation is pointless. 5.6p and we're below 3pm. What does that tell you? Wh Ireland are irrelevant

Absolutely agree..WH Ireland give a valuation for 20% of Grängesberg of 5.6p so we get full control it's easy to see where the share price could be

I have high hopes for Grangesburg and the AYM share price. The 'environment' for the type of ore that I understand Grangesburg has is very positive. In a Guardian article today about the West Cumbria mine issue, Chris McDonald, chief executive of the Materials Processing Institute, which serves as the UK’s national centre for steel research said:

“This (limited use in the UK steel sector for high sulphur coking coal) combined with the industry’s drive to decarbonise, means that by the time the mine opens, only one of the UK’s current four blast furnaces is likely to be able to use this coal, meaning that more than 90% of production will be exported. The situation is the same in Europe with even tighter sulphur controls and a faster drive to green steel, meaning that some companies will have moved away from coal completely by the mid 2030s.”

Industry insiders also pointed out that even on the day that the mine was given the green light, one European steelmaker announced plans to move away from steel produced using coking coal. German steelmaker Salzgitter announced plans to be selling green steel by 2025 and be fully zero carbon by 2033.
