Wassapper, I would agree that if the share price was higher, this would be down to a busy proactive board. Just now, we languish in the doldrums because this board have apparently not responded for many months and quite rightly, shareholders are raising their concerns and a very critical analysis is taking place as to why after 34 years, we are no nearer to production. We are quite literaly sitting on a huge, profitable mine and I have pulled what hair I have left out at my frustration here. Iglenn IMHO is very concerned or he would not be putting pen to paper. We should applaud his due diligence. Crime or no crime. Scam or no scam, the board should read what we are concerned about and respond immediately.

To those that have assisted with better information than I have yet found I thank you. I will be pm to some of you if that's ok as I seriously believe a crime has and is being committed here. I have started a dossier and have contacted authorities already and intend to continue until I am either prosecuted for being a complete loon or bill hooley, dinesh varma and a couple of others are brought to justice for what I believe is a fraud. Trader you are also on the radar for implied threats.

I agree with all of the above. My point is that it is only the inaction which has drawn out frustration which has led to a series of points being raised, governance and "cosiness" amongst them. I still say if things were proceeding well, and the share price was a lot higher, these questions would not be being asked. That is not to say they shouldn't be asked.

I think Wassapper that the issue is that the directors have too much interest in cross companies that are directly or indirectly involved in Parys. It IS a cosy relationship that one company can post bullish reports based on other company assessments where the directors may be involved. At 20p, one would assume that a hell of a lot more progress would be noticeable. As it is, there is no positive action. The share price will struggle to improve and unless the board resolve to do something very positive soon, ie, at least produce a forward plan, then you can forget your 20p. Also, what were the other projects that the board were intimating that they were reviewing, other than Parys, Grangesburg and Labrador. I have mailed them to find out, but never got a reply. Silence. They are now being found out, and no amount of spin that some perceived shareholders are posting can hide this fact. This is a board of directors worthy of the dusty bin. 34 years to get this far is laughable. Time for a change, or a proper investigation.

The other problem with cosiness is there is no independent scrutiny of the data or the performance of the company's management in general ..in fact there has been not independent scrutiny for many many years..this is a significant issue and one that compliance to the code would address. On a corporate governance scale this is flashing red.

If the share price was 20p I wouldn't be anywhere near this. At this price the risk reward on them actually progressing anything or monetising assets is just about in shareholder favour..but its still very risky in the management being capable of executing . Imho.

And then you all moan saying the directors have no interest in pushing forward Parys. What do we care about cosiness if we get action to take Parys forward and the value of this project is recognised? If the share price was at 20p instead of at this low point, my guess is there would be few questions. Update has been promised "soon".

"Micon is an experienced minerals industry consultant that has reviewed mining projects across all continents. Micon has long experience with Parys Mountain commencing in 2006 and including preparation of the JORC compliant resource estimate in 2012 and the Scoping Study in 2017. This background will enable Micon to move swiftly and knowledgeably to completion of this important PEA."Oct 2020Thats the Micon where Bill Hooley was MD before joining Anglesey i take it.QME who has done the other work , their MD Peter McParland serves on the same board as other Anglesey directors at Minco and Buchans it seems. All very cosy.

If the directors had nothing to hide then they would put out a bulletin refuting any spurious claims. Keep on digging guys. shouldn`t this be reported to the authorities? Maybe a bit early as there must be a lot of dirt hidden beneath the layers of carpet they have laid down.

Space, AYM is not on AIM and there are many that actually do invest and believe the hype. They are often called mug punters on boards like this. If people want to trade they can go on Forex....only people that have lost money over the years realize exactly what you say..AIM and other smaller markets are playgrounds for con artists to legally steal peoples money. Forgive my aggressive stance here but the more I "dig" into AYM the more dirt and inconsistency I find. Why does the Director hide his real address from Companies house.? 1st very simple question. If you were sitting on millions of pounds worth of resource wouldnt you be in your own bobcat right now digging it up.? I bloody would.

Quite clearly she is not...just on linkedin but there is no other reference in any company docs..dont think corporate Governance any good but if she had been ceo for 30 odd years under the wire i would be rather surprised..so would Hooley who is the ceo.

Were the same directors in place when the share price hit 11p in January - YES ! There are no such thing as 'investors' these days, trading is the game now, buy low sell high. Buy AYM now and there is every chance you could double/treble your cash either on news or when the sector recovers later this year. It's a no brainer.

This will move up strongly when it's ready and when least expected. Those buys over recent sessions were for a reason.

Mr Varma interests see below.Lots overlap with other directors in different companies ie no independence. Also no independence as although no longer a director of Juno (not announced) he still apparently represents their interests on the board his exact beneficial interest has never been declared. But representing a significant shareholder removes independence.Well none of the directors can be deemed independent under Corporate Governance code and all are connected away from Anglesey in some form.I believe the Angelsey directors have effective control of the LIM board though they refer to the holding as passive. Do they get paid by LIM in their capacity as Anglesey directors i wonder? Certainly that company used to pay salaries..maybe the money ran out there too ?https://www.marketscreener.com/business-leaders/Danesh-Kumar-Varma-06FB90-E/biography/

There is so much more to this than meets the average investors eye....I honestly think there is a serious criminal fraud being carried out. Its very clever but ask yourselves why a mining company hasn't mined in 34 years...sounds like the Pizza company that doesn't sell Pizza's....Sopranos would be proud of this one.
