Least most directors haven't got any stock to dump into the rally this time too! And no outstanding options...yet.Would have thought the new broom would not want the stock to run away though...but hey ho directors can't control a share price some say..unless the price that a share issue is going to be done at leaks I guess.Get the money needed in to find work programme ,give some definitive time lines and a bigger financing could be done at multiples if it pans out to part fund development.

I would hope that the appointment within a few weeks of 2 new non exec directors means that 2 existing directors will depart.
Get rid of varna as well and then I would suggest that we are in business as a company.
Trader no doubt might want to disagree with my comments.

FYI I know AYM well. Did plenty research on Parry's in the past. New Ceo was a good signal to buy a few and tuck them away. There is more to this than a day trade my friend.

He could not give a toss either. See the BHL pump from previous week, it's just never ending, telling people stocks are worth this and that and posting "I expect this to trade at 12-14p" then dumping for 8p minutes later.

He might have bought back higher 2 x 50k at 4.15p

Well undoubtedly a positive with a highly credible mining finance Johnny taking over the helm and some hopefully independent directors to join. Reality finally bites. This fellow has obviously done his dd before taking on the role so one can be far more relaxed on the assets..however it seems we are still some way off getting to development stage, the company has been serially over optimistic on timing..and we still don't have a clear idea today how long the other appraisal works and permits will take. What is clear as we move from amateur hour to real chance of progressing is that the company needs more money soon to fund a work plan to feasibility it is embarking on.I would expect the new ceo will be looking for a decent options award and likely the opportunity to invest himself along with mates in an equity round. Would be a positive to shake the share register up too , but there is no initial incentive to effect such dilution at anything but a discount.. scale of such dilution difficult to know but imagine he would look to raise a minimum of £2m to fund work plan and overheads. As for options if he finally gets this project moving and viable good luck to him.Would expect some short term change of advisors too..hopefully will add to credibility.Not purchased any today but this answers a number of questions on the assets and Governance.Would support a fund raise now if there was open offer element and would be far more inclined to increase holding on any dips.Maybe the old guard have done one thing right in knowing when to pass the baton and the new broom looks very respectable , better late than never hey!
