Indeed, a very merry Christmas to the directors and all on this thread. Next month there will be a financing at half a penny and it wont be offered to Joe Public ! |
A very merry Christmas to all the directors, and may they prosper in 2025. Another visit to the bucket shop should do the trick nicely. |
Bring on the zip wire. It’ll be a winner as long as the descent isn’t as steep as the fall in share price. |
A couple of 1,000,000 sells at all time low 0.62p and 0.7p one wonders at what price they bought, include the spread and any buy above 1p is more than a 50% loss in a few months
I remember someone posting that the share price wouldn’t go down because the CEO had bought shares, think that was at 2p 🤷a94;️ |
If a deal is done on Grangesberg it ain't going to be very good for the company, calmtrader. If I was hell bent on getting Grangesberg I would make an offer for the whole company and shave off various projects into NEWCO's. Anyway, that's my pennies worth !! |
I sold up earlier in the year. But loss was worth the utter tedium of waiting for nothing to happen. |
All the bad news factored in now surely..love to see what happens to the share price if a deal is done on Grangesberg or some non dilutive raise |
buy and sell for a 10% is what uk investing has become... |
Share price low of 0.62 of a penny earlier today equating to a market cap of barely £3m. The debt far exceeds the value of the market cap!! What are "management" doing about this lethargy? |
To buy or not to buy? That is the question..... Apologies to William S for that. Gla. |
There's been about 2 placings every year now since directors stared drawing salaries in 2021. I'd guess there will be one in Q1 and one in Q3 next year |
Just another lifestyle vehicle.
I expect a pump soon to raise the price for a January placing, then the slumber will continue for another year or so before the next placing is required.
Nothing ever happens here, just directors receiving their salaries |
New all time low and almost out of cash again.
Those interested in micro caps might want to look at CRMS, I bought a few the other day £1m market cap and revenue from commodity trading has just began. In the last update they said: 'significant, positive news during Q1 2025' |
Buying Grängesberg was a case of using AYM shareholders funds to pay off directors private company debt |
Baner, that’s my take on Grängesberg too. I reckon Jo probably dodged a bullet in not taking up the final 50%. It’s hard to say which of the three entities is the worst - LIM, Grängesberg or Parys. At least I still have my original 1788 Parys ha’penny … which may end up being worth more than my entire AYM shareholding one day. Moral: don’t invest in AYM, scoop up all the Parys pennies you can find on eBay, and sit on them for 20 years. |
I was right about the new trainee CEO, he’s done nothing since he landed at the trough. He needs to look at funding, the trough will be empty in a couple of months and he’ll be placing at 0.5p and getting closer to my prediction of 1 billion shares in issue |
Grangesberg is absolutely worthless in my view. It has been around for donkey years and never taken off. Just forget about it. The other assets - maybe 20 years and £100m down the road there will be some activities there - present value most likely 0. |
The jobs amount to just 150, a drop in an ocean.
The local councils and the government don’t have access to AYM activities and accounts, so they’ve no idea what directors are doing or whether AYM is a scam or not. |
Well, if the local councils and the government are going to. let a scam. in this company, then all I can say is there's no hope for Wales Let's alone in the UK. as they would be just as bad. because they're obviously not interested in the people locally and jobs. that could be there producing tax for all. for the good of the communities we shall. see, Merry Christmas to everybody and a prays new year |
Not intentional just a typo
I think these men have no intention to progress the projects, hence the dragging of feet for years on end. AYM is just a vehicle to draw salaries from.
Debt now £4.2m equal to the market cap, will AYM go to zero?
There’s been a few AIM scams and failures lately. HZM, HUM, SHG, PXC |
trader465; interestingly you have typed "Prays" instead of Parys or was this perhaps intentional? !! I think it safe to say prays have also come to a halt !! |
There seems to be nothing happening for years on end here.
The loss for the last 6 months is £311k. They had £283k left in the bank at 30th September, perhaps down to £100k now? Another placing in Jan?
Prays has come to a standstill:
“This reduction was primarily due to the reduction in Parys Mountain drilling activity”
“At Parys Mountain the main activity will be progressing the Planning Application”
Grangersberg:
“At Grängesberg, we will continue to explore options” |
Thanks to Jo B for all he did to develop AYM. I wish him well.
I had hoped that Grangesberg would be monetised in some way to support the development of Parys. That still could happen though I have a feeling in my bones that it wont. Hope I'm wrong. Gla. |
