27/12/2013 17:18 | *Kilborn engineers 1990 BFS gave operation cost of £22/mt for Parys Mountain.* Allowing for 5% p.a. inflation op c £75/mt by 2013 production start? i reckon zinc needs to be at least $1.10c lim share price improving | laserdisc
27/12/2013 13:30 | Laser, I shall remeber that, My friend from Torreveaja, always went and got the last seats on planes,he waited till the lastminute, and walked and asked fro seats just as they were closing...she worked for ,as airstewadess at Blacpool years back so knew a few tricks eh....oh and got the seats at reduced rates she said as of last min. did'nt want empty seats she said. Good luck here my friend...a happier new year to you..and all. | abergele
27/12/2013 12:26 | abergele never believe the website quote for these short haul flights when it says hurry only 5 seats left, it said that on the website 24hrs before departure yet the plane had over 100 seats spare capacity when it took off marketing ploy lim should receive info re Gill Mine Re-activation from ministry early January i would have thought also drilling results should be complete | laserdisc
27/12/2013 12:13 | Aye,lets hope so,it would be an advantage for their own holdings as well. we have had a funny few months or years in fact of value decimated from aim shares scared and from the weak to the rich and famous no doubt. and its from the b/soc's that we have taken cash to average down,as no such interest given to depositers | abergele
27/12/2013 12:10 | Yes lets hope so Laser for yours and many ,I know you hold a fair few here. I used to do 4-5 weeks a year in Toreviaja, south of Alicante airport by about 20 miles or so, lovely it was, but the winters strated to get changing early used to be 2 nice weeks and then alsorts...the local Brits used to say....oh we hav'nt had rain since April last...well why wait till I arrived to change I say they should have prayed a month earlier for it...lol's.. Wow as many as 100 seats, increditable. no wonder Monarch are trying to sell at £37 a shot. People have had to spend cash not interest on deposits ,as climate is terrible for us pensioners....so I wonder if there will be a property boom over there for old folk. I have read a recent article about USA,GB,GDR,and Russia funds and obliagarths spending there, but it's not quite their money,it's either ill gotten,or someone elses..imo | abergele
27/12/2013 11:56 | hi abergele yes got back last week quite warm bit windy but great if you like walking a few surfers on the less windy days but you need a wet suit, the odd beach bar still open 2 brandys & coffee 2 euros 50c desperate for customers, not many tourists about, plane had 100 spare seats, not like the boom times when the costas used to be full of pensioners.Dont know about the economy recovering in Southern Spain it has a lot of properties with se vende a lot of hotels closed till late feb. perhaps it books up in the summer months. i feel we are passed the worse with regards to aym share price it will be interesting to see if bh comments in the summer actually materialise. you would of thought that some director purchases may indicate something is afoot . i am hoping to see some director purchases of shares | laserdisc
27/12/2013 11:15 | Hello again Laser, did you enjoy the sunshine in Spain, not looked in since aweek back,so not noticed your posts again.. I'm afraid I did'nt do a very good job of looking after AYM for you while away, but laterly we seemed to have found a renewed vein of s/price,on both sides of the water...so to speak... | abergele
27/12/2013 10:47 | hi nocccer i was reading some old rns probably over 5 years old they quoted above 86c/lb for zinc would be feasable lets hope we get some news updates on progress for partnership to develop Parys | laserdisc
26/12/2013 23:27 | Yes Zinc keeps going up. The feasibility study summary we were given was based on 90c/lb zinc (now 0.94c/lb), $1.00/lb lead (now $1.007/lb), and $3.50/lb Cu (currently $3.31/lb). Parys is highly leveraged to prices not on the margin for fixed volume, but the increase in mineable volume that results from higher prices. The web chat about zinc looks positive, the LME zinc supplies keep going down with a remarkable descent over the last 2 months, and the price is expected to go higher. Parys isn't mega huge, but it is not up a jungle in an unstable country. It has to be worth exploiting, and the more the price goes up the sooner that will be. | noccer
26/12/2013 21:00 | Time for action......followin | mikehutch2
24/12/2013 17:36 | It's debt that keeps the system functioning. LIM bottomed at last. | eriktherock
24/12/2013 09:11 | Lol, erik I see you made a move in ESSR, good price at the moment. Now that's a titanic with those debts. | rajaster
24/12/2013 08:59 | Steadying the ship. That said, The Titanic was in two parts before both sunk independently. | eriktherock
23/12/2013 17:35 | This looks like a nice 6 - 12 month play, back up to 12p/15p. There will of course be the odd short-squeeze on the way, im sure - just to keep the day/swing boys happy! Pleased to be in at these levels. The Junior Mining/Drilling sector looks very promising for 2014. The improvement in major world economies bodes well for both demand and investment/finance. IMPO/DYOR/NAI Jo | jojo_jo
23/12/2013 12:17 | That was my "punt" entry last week raj, 3.87p, but didn't want to hold as LIM didn't do then what it is now. | eriktherock
23/12/2013 12:09 | that volume was huge on LIM,. | rajaster
23/12/2013 12:08 | looking better now. damn was offered 3.87 this AM should have taken some more. | rajaster
23/12/2013 11:22 | I suppose I'd better get back on board....... miss it, miss out an'ol :) | eriktherock
23/12/2013 11:18 | Deja vu....could be worth a punt ahead of TSX open maybe ? | eriktherock
23/12/2013 11:02 | The AYM price should today reflect the 32% jump in LIM on Friday night (on volume). Surprised the market hasn't pounced on this! That provides a seriously good buying opportunity - this could/should recover back to 5p pretty damn quick. IMPO/DYOr/NAI Jo PS. Short positions need to start closing. This looks like the beginning of a full retrace back to 12p+. | jojo_jo |
