I'm going off the the weekly 100 average which is 19p. hence my basis. the recent rises were not supported and there was a period of consolidation with the floor tested, if there is a high volume move the weekly chart indicates a 20p target.

Lets see what happens though, technicals can always change :).

LIM press release -

"Under the terms of the joint venture agreement, TSMC and LIM have agreed to form an unincorporated joint venture (the "Joint Venture") pursuant to which Howse Minerals Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of TSMC ("HML"), has acquired an initial 51% participating interest in the Howse Property for a total cash consideration of $30 million.

As part of the Joint Venture, LIM will conduct a $5 million exploration program on the Howse Property over the course of the 2013 calendar year. The exploration program will comprise a targeted 70 holes with up to 10,000 metres of drilling. The objective of the drill program is to convert the historical resources to National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101") compliant mineral resources by spring 2014 and to collect metallurgical, geotechnical, hydrogeological, and hydrology information to advance Howse towards production.

Following completion of LIM's $5 million exploration program, and the calculation of a new NI 43-101 resource, HML shall contribute the next $23.5 million to the Joint Venture and thereby increase its participating interest in the Howse Deposit to 70%. It is currently planned to complete a feasibility study by July 2014, with a target for commencement of mine development in 2015 and commercial production in 2016."

unincorporated joint venture GOOGLED

One of the benefits of an is the relative ease of setting up the working relationship between each of the participants. Since there is no incorporation of a new entity that is jointly held by all the participants, there is no need to create a corporate structure that complies with corporation laws in the jurisdiction in which the unincorporated joint venture is taking place. While the members of the venture will normally create some sort of steering committee that helps to move the venture along, the exact organization of that committee or group is left up to the members, and can be defined in the joint venture agreement itself.
Another benefit is that once the project is completed, dissolving the unincorporated joint venture requires a minimum of effort. For example, if the purpose of the venture was to build a new housing development, the participants would see the project through until the development was finished. At that point, the finished development could be sold at a profit to a new investor and each venture participant compensated from the proceeds from the sale. Once the compensation was distributed, the venture would be considered complete and the participants could move on to other projects or ventures.

AYM agm a week away
DLA Piper UK LLP, 3 Noble Street, London, EC2V 7EE on 24 September 2013 at 11.00 a.m.

final date for registering shares to be included in vote is this friday 20th.
i will be interested to see the total amount of votes cast in relation to the amount of shares in issue.

Thanks marth for highlighting talk on lse link perhaps some points that are being talked about will be released to the market in a formal rns.
we all know that it cannot proceed without funding, (including no further dilution) an rns informing the market they have secured funding would be a game changer , the bb posts are encouraging it may still be too early though to expect an rns on parys without secured funding

No closed period at present why are aym directors not buying

Good photos, but my eye is drawn to the bit about Cliffs being in a legal dispute with the port, because access to the multi-user dock is via "Cliffs land". Right from the outset I have been concerned that descriptions of the dock doesn't seem to include plans for a stockyard, so all the "multi-users" can heap up their iron ore waiting for the ships to load. A look at Google maps shows the current stockyard, presumably Cliffs, is a fraction of the size of the IOC stockyard.

I note also that there is no mention of the Arnaud Railway, and the need for the QNS&L trains to run over it to get to the new port. Hopefully neither are an issue, but it is pretty strange that the Port haven't made clear statements about this, as the multi-user dock is a fat lot of good without high capacity rail access, unloading (and parking) for the immense 240 car trains, and stockyard with capacity for several companies to keep their different grades of ore. To me that is why LIM inked a 2 year contract with IOC. The dock may be open on time in spring 2014, but will the supporting infrastructure be in place?

Odd for more sells a few days before an LIM conf call - can't see how it could be a bad one, the iron ore price has been beyond everyone's predictions - unless someone can show me otherwise.

I live near Parys mountain. The exploration structure is still there. About 30ft high and a couple of yards wide, metal structure, looks like a large aerial. Mean anything?
I do not hold at present, so no vested interest ... at the moment.

For those unable to attend the AGM in person, a live conference call and audio webcast will also be provided.

seems it all about volume to make money in the trough, Its taking time for news to come through on Houston The $30m from tata is a lifeline i feel .
wish i bought more ..zioc but we still have possibilities here parys mountain does have potential its just the timeframe & finding right investor
