74tom, you are absolutely right but a lot of those companies do not have a gold standard FDA approval. If Newland cannot deliver then "his" company will be taken away from him and someone else will. The likes of Abbot, Roche etc have the know how and the financial muscle to make this a viable commercial proposition.

The daily drop is painful and disconcerting but sentiment will change. It is just a question of when.

The enterprise value here (market cap less cash) is now just £98m. Crazily low and ripe for a takeover.

Amaretto. Just ignore him/her. All it takes is a few initial contracts that show revenue starting to snowball and the valuation goes haywire when people can properly anticipate future cashflows and then we move to Grail like valuations. Well, that is what I think anyway.
