I can understand why some people keep shouting placing but they are probably wrong on timing and there might never be the need for a placing with a large enough contract win or projects progressing to the next phase

Yes there is a funding gap but Angel are working on plugging that gap without the need for a placing. This is something certain people are unable to grasp

Adw that's a fair post I get your concerns and have long held those fears with AGL.
The thing is with a potential profits warning you elude to it would have come by now as berenberg forced them to issues them at the soonest possible oppurtunity in the past and the numbers with the 3 deals and kit sales etc look to be well. On track to deliver the revenue target.

There is nothing in the price at these levels for the potential future earnings here especially when you consider how far they have come with products and contracts with big companies.

They have restated q2 2025 several times now for cash runway, they are confident that is the case and even beyond depending on progress this year. I agree they will likely raise very late on this year or early next year but by then the share price will be higher given the news that is still to come from prostate and ovarian, thermo Fisher trial, talks with 11 other companies etc

I think you got this call wrong but each to their own, If you dont like the risk sell that's fair enough. I just think at these levels there is a lot of bad news priced in given the progress made and as you know I have always been one of the most pessimistic when it comes to agl over the years.

Gl whatever you decide to do I don't see many other companies in the position of agl out there with less risk and such potential that is now starting to deliver.

Well that’s interesting about ‘inform’ which as far as I can remember was only announced in the new year…. To recruit 20 patients over that time frame is pretty good going I can tell you. I think the target for analysis was 100…? I’ll have to look back….

Don't think that's a bad strategy adw. You may miss a gain but you have the liquidity to capitalise on a raise if it does come. They may need to raise to avoid a GC note in the accounts if they don't have enough visibility in their forecasts for the auditors to get comfortable

Yeah “if” that happens my sell decision will have been a mistake. I’ve already acknowledged that, but that’s exactly how the market works. At least I’ve got guts to share what I think and when I sell.

I’m pretty interested in the stock, it’s so volatile and obviously a very promising bit of science. I hope to buy back in.
It’s a message board to exchange views. I’m not sure what your contribution or analysis is beyond lols.

The grown ups here all know there’s a funding gap and the CEO definitely does - because he told us.

Even if a placing comes this year it could be at 25p - 30p

If that happens your sell at 16p will look even more stupid

We know what you think is going to happen with Angle but why the need to keep repeating yourself?

If I sell a stock I move on and focus on my others. Why are you still here posting the same thing every day?

You are just trying to reassure yourself you made the correct decision Or maybe you're attempting to get the share price back down again by spreading fear

Either way your choice to sell was a bad decision

Not sure why you are wittering on about results, they are old hat now for year ended 4 months ago and counting, also the company has already commented on those likely numbers so there will be no new news regarding that. The new news will relate to the future which is much more important.

That broadly summarises my beliefs, yes. The placing / need for funds is the one I’m more confident about…because it’s based on the companies own stated requirements.

But come on let’s have less of the lols and more about how smart you are with your average?

Yeah I sold last week I wanted out before results which I don’t think will be great, because I don’t see much evidence of a trebling of revenue - as required to keep the runway till Q2. I think they might need to warn on that.

Turns out I could have waited and made more money, but I didn’t know a further deal was going to land and didn’t fancy a blind gamble. Quite happy with my logic. Let’s hear yours though mate, what’s your average here, you obviously time everything right all the time so must be doing really well?

Results are always notified first so why did you sell a week ago? You will now miss out on a rise into the 20's

This makes you stupid

You are covering your back by changing the goal posts to "placing at some point this year" from "placing with results"

Make up your mind and let us know what the placing price will be?

Why would I feel stupid for saying they’ll be a placing after the results when they’ve not even come out? I certainly think they’ll be one by year end, if it’s Tuesday that would be before year end, right? If it’s July that would be AFTER result, right? And if it’s 31st December it would be before year end, right?

And guess what, I still think the results will indeed be underwhelming and potentially with a warning about the £6m. I may well be wrong, results might be great, we might exceed the £6m revenue to such extend we don’t need a raise. Time will tell who is right - let’s all the same energy then though. And if anyone
think my prediction on the raise is wrong let’s have a £100 bet for charity. So much anger around my prediction, so surely someone wants to see £100 goto charity?

I don’t think I said nothing material would land, I did say after the £150k deal that “Nothing material £££ will come from the AZ deal prior to the cash running out”. That was me saying a £150k trial wouldn’t keep the wolf from the door. It’s a great link up though.

While the announcement of a 2nd contract with AstraZeneca in less than a week is encouraging & the pipeline of Pharma (some more household names) in discussions bodes well - the fact is we're still waiting for an update on the Prostate collaboration with Solaris (900,000 patients annually) in the US. We are also awaiting an update on Ovarian - so whenever Angle have it in mind to announce the results - I would hope that there's an opportunity for PI's to ask questions via Investor Meet Company as before.

You sold out too early. Notice of results haven't been posted yet so looking like end of May for results

You also said there would be no more material news before Q2 2025 but we just had the biggest news of the year yesterday and still 12 months left for more news

start writing some new material for next week. You are going to need it
