SHORTS NEVER DECLARE
THEY BREAK THE RULES BIGTIME |
Tend to agree it's been attacked but that's been allowed by the lack of positive news on deals . If one had been announced or January's rns not been so poorly written the situation would not have been possible .
On the plus side if they can announce a deal the rebound should be immense if any short seller is present and they need to close fast . |
why are there no material short positions declared or RNS of a previous holding they are selling? |
tell us more risky? |
This is being shorted by HEDGE FUNDS
NO WAY ARE PRIVATE INVESTORS SELLING THIS FOR 21P |
This had a placing at 80p last year
They have been shafted bigtime by the £10B Hedge Fund who keeps selling |
>> Risky
I DO know that, I was commenting to Vitec who has been bitten at least twice |
THIS HAS FDA APPROVAL AND SNG HAVE NO FDA APPROVAL |
>> Vitec
surely it's at least twice bitten - SNG! |
You do know you can monitor short positions right ? This is down to lack of deals and revenue . I wonder how many of the 20 plus companies weren't willing to pay the huge mark up on tests etc . Knowing the position of agl they could refuse to pay 500 to 1000% mark up even if that was cheaper than many other tests . The mkt cap I think will hurt agl in talks and weak position as they can walk away but agl needs deals .
It's ok saying that's the price take it or leave it if you have a profitable business but when your loss making and trying to sign deals your not in the best position to drive a good deal . Agl can't afford to walk away imo but signing poor deals also has its own risks . |
So, at 13.08 today, the hedge funds run the whole capitalist world. By 13.10 they just rule all the AIM market. |
SO THIS WAS MORE EXCITING WITHOUT FDA APPROVAL
??? |
IF YOU HAVE £10BN TO SHORT AND THE COMPANY IS WORTH £500M
YOU GONNA WIN BECAUSE YOU HAVE SO MUCH CASH TO KEEP SHORTING
HEDGE FUNDS RULE ALL THE AIM MARKET |
I do wonder how many have been stopped out here or are leveraged and are having to sell holdings to pay for those positions . I hope most bought the shares because anyone leveraged will have some big bills to pay and probably been wiped out . Who would have expected that after FDA fgs shocking performance |
WILL THE HEDGE FUNDS TAKE THIS ANY LOWER BEFORE THEY START BUYING BACK
???
SHORTERS RULE NOWADAYS
ESPECIALLY THE HEDGE FUNDS WHO RUN THE WHOLE CAPITALIST WORLD |
Yes Risky I am waying up whether I want to buy another load. Everytime I have purchased the price has continued to slide. I thought 25p was a good entry point yet the share price is down another 20%. |
THIS WILL REBOUND |
TOUGH IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT AT HIGHER PRICES.
I JUST BOUGHT AT 21.50P |
Whilst many are just that I don't think this was but they certainly seemed to have taken their foot off the gas when FDA came . They thought it would be easy and not having any backup revenue or income was never a great idea . It's an all in type deal unfortuntealy atm that's why a deal is desperately needed . Will it come or not is the question and how long will it take |
Vitec that's often how aim gets people . Not many make money here and no matter how clever or sure they are this kind of thing happens quite often . The way this has been handled though especially the last 2 rns's and lack of deals along with other things that have led to this .
I was never a fan of AN ,saw too many mistakes and far too much hype along the way but even for me this is gaulling . Still hope a deal turns but if anyone thinks he has lthers at heart I think they should think again. |
TAKEN A GAMBLE |
Will only see 50p if they sign a deal or two and that's far from certain . Also concerned that any deal that does finally get signed won't have any details in it and that won't cut it ,confidentiality and all that .
Seems pretty safe to say that nobody is expecting 500p anymore infact most would be happy getting their money back I think . Not exactly a success in the end when things were looking so good last year .
I've seen some bad CEOs and even they would have struggled to match the share performance since then to now |
