Drama is not Bones. The posting style reminds me of Blackhorse. |
Boris,
Indeed- I think AN should try to adopt a less technical approach in those interviews which are intended for the retail audience since many, as you rightly point out, are merely looking for headline figures (and even then most do not understand financial metrics), but there is little point in setting out scientific complexities to an audience that get lost in a labyrinthine maze the moment he utters such words. Perhaps a simplified summary for those types at the end of his interviews would enable a more effective take home message. Personally, I am not a fan of this Proactive guff but I know many retail holders cling on to all that.
I must say in recent weeks we have seem some very spurious offerings publish baseless announcements that has seen the price of the shares in those Co's rise exponentially, so in that context it is surprising a very compelling announcement from AGL has simply been ignored. Maybe things will improve over the coming days. |
Webinar looks good. Have registered |
Indeed, and great to see, why would anyone want anything other than the gold standard?
Highlighting the number of patients missed by not using capturing CTC's and ctDNA is the holly grail in cancer diagnosis and ongoing care. |
"The presentation of parsortix by illumina and them giving up the slot for it, is highly unusual."
Completely agree with this post. Traders can't see the wood for the trees this morning, I'd be very surprised if this doesn't move significantly higher in the run up to the Feb 6th presentation.
There is such a dearth of decent news in AIM life science companies & such poor recent share price performance that many appear to have given up. There appears to be life in AGL yet. |
yasx ~ when there's no actual $$$ mentioned it's a switch off for some but for the more enlightened it's significance won't have gone unnoticed. Smart money will position accordingly. |
Ha. Another Bones creation i reckon. |

The news today could be hugely significant - the market reaction is rather muted, in part perhaps due to the fact that many may have failed to grasp the import of it.
I had intended to sell out at 15p as indicated previously but am minded to retain the shares for now. Will be keenly reviewing the event early next month and take it form there.
Chart is well poised to go on a run from here. |
Then jog on. No one cares about your commentary |
Who's this plank Darmz....is it you Bones. Why bother? You're right it might not go any higher today, who knows. But longer term this is a growth story set up to benefit cancer patients with world leading diagnostics, peer reviewed over a 100 times. |
Not long until 6th Feb presentation with illumia...
Plenty of news still due. Buy |

waterloo01 - Illumina are emailing the details of this EACR webinar as we speak. I suspect it'll be very well attended & would expect a mkt reaction to it. |
The presentation of parsortix by illumina and them giving up the slot for it, is highly unusual. If the response us good, and why wouldn't it be, they must have already inked a deeper collaboration deal. Excellent as it could become the accepted gold standard, and a usp that together would be unmatched. |
Dnt worry im watching |
