NONE of you have been able to give ANY reason why this was a scam

in contrast, I've been able to show that it was simply a case of this
- the company had to expand or would have had no chance of getting anywhere
- the expansion plan failed because new orders didnt come in in time

Funny? Not really...........more fkin hilarious than even I could have come up with, just beats me how anyone thought any other outcome than the one that transpired was ever going to be. Fools and their money soon drift apart you know, and if you want a front seat just watch the same happen in SAR amongst others.

As for my character, whatever you may think and to be honest I care little of others opine, at least I am true to my word and have never been known to cry over spilt milk ............... Although I can understand yours and others tears given the fact this milkman dropped his whole milk float upon your heads from a great fkin height.

Disagree jwoolley, the BOD should be knighted for the fantastic coup and the shear audacity. Love n kisses Dr H, bit of the same in SAR now there's a good boy. ;;-)

Chuffing hell doc....get over the fact that the management lied and lied and then lied some more......simple as....Harper and his crew should be held to account for what they done to this company and the way they constantly lied to their shareholders to gain more funds...!!!

'If there were substance to expand then do it securely'

hedgehog, so you keep saying - for once, just see that such security may not be possible in this space, which is VERY different from the markets in which your experience comes

Why don't you take it up and deal with it then... report it to the relevant
authorities...The Government wanted people to invest in AIM, surely this is
an example for them to investigate.

I entirely agree knnylnd.

...and perhaps the BoD's lack of security on their expansion & investment is testament to that.

I've mentioned before the BoD's naivity regarding their supposed business model, though as time has gone by it would seem it's far from naive.

As the administraion progresses, it seems every little piece of their jig-saw is falling into place nicely, suggesting exactly what you infer, nothing short of a precisely executed pre-meditated plan at the shareholders expense.

Wig was right all along when he referred to plucking chickens and sheering sheep, though it was the company themselves that wrinsed the last drop of milk from old Gertrude in fleecing their shareholders for pastures new.

LOL... can't understand why anybody would defend what the company did or tried to do....

For what ever reason or slant you want to put on it, it failed... end of..!!!

The Doc and I will have to agree to disagree.

Hey doctor Doolittle, would that be the implementation of a plan to success similar to what you embarked on when you thought and bought the squeaky bottom at .20 ?

Mug with not one iota of credibility, shame you can't be put down along with the dogs you defend to the death.......as is all soo apparent.

You have my number, go on I dare you.

and as I've explained, you're naive to think that

If you for one minute accept that such assurances can't be had like that for the reasons I've explained, then what was ABH to do?

Sit there making no money until an order was pulled and become loss-making again?

or try to implement a plan for success

the_doctor

FAILED... you said it...

..and as I've said to you many times before, it was IMO naïve to embark on this expansion without some type of security, letters of intent, bonds, down payments or cash advance's from prospective customers that felt the need to facilitate Angel's expertise above anybody else's.

The BoD might have though a bit harder about it if was their own money they were expanding with.

Why all of the childish accusations

I'm simply posting rational views rather than the silly fantasy talk that some seem intent on pushing. Old rocket fuel cant even see how contradictory his own posts are!

'the 'heist''

Some of you need to realise that what happened here was simply an expansion strategy, that they needed to grow/have a chance at surviving, which went wrong because they failed to get new contracts in
