Explain - how does the predicament in ANY way undermine what I've said?
You are continuing to talk nonsense.
Some of ABH's contracts could have been secured upfront and maybe were, but the expansion was always going to be about generating MORE business.
What you're missing is that there was a time gap between committing to expand and generating the contracts to fit.
It wouldnt have been practical to expect enough to be 'secured' before going ahead. These things cant work that way for a small CMO

I still cannot understand your view regarding the unsecured expansion. I know you've tried to explain it to me, but hey-ho. I suppose the current predicament underlines my naive opinion, though moreover, certainly undermines yours...

DocAs far as I'm concerned the talk was not over optimistic is was downright lies. I spoke to Stuart White about 3 months ago he said thats things pretty much all going to plan with Cramlington and Glasgow but there had been a few delays with contracts. I really don't understand how you can possibly defend the total incompetence shown by the directors towards running a business (yes a buisness ). I have made my own decisions and only have myself to blame it has cost me dearly investing in this company but I can't help feeling led down the garden path by all the shi#e the have fed to the shareholders.

Your version is little more than a silly remark that's based on a couple of folklore AIM scam stocks

As I've just said, but you chose to ignore, the fact ABH had various clients that it was actually producing for, supports that it was not a scam.

The issue with ABH was that it expanded to create a longer-term sustainable business, but couldnt then obtain the contracts needed to fill that.
Simple as that.
It is also perfectly true that if ABH got a bit more in terms of business, then they'd have returned to profitability and been ok. That I'm sure of.

It IS possible that some of the recent talk about the survival strategy was just made up to help a mate sell out a few shares before suspension, but that's fairly irrelevant.
It's also likely that some of the talk was over-optimistic to help get the company funded in the past, but that's what all of these struggling smallcaps have to do and one can read between the lines. It doesnt make them a scam.

My final post on the thread now as it serves no purpose anymore and I am not interested in listening to bulls cry in their soup.

Firstly, and never thought I'd say this, but well done jwooley for the dignity you have shown in your previous post and your final acceptance and applause for my stance , now justified.

Doc, yes I was lucky , but no matter , far better than being as unlucky as you.

Inside2 & jacknife, we have all been here a very long time and have done well in not getting left holding this baby. Jack you still owe the tenner btw.

And on to you Pegasus, although your questions deserve no credence by way of a reply I am going to finally put you in your place once and for all and FOR THE RECORD and so that in time to come you can look back on this final post and remind yourself that you are neither smart or clever and the only thing you are is a natural born LOSER...........................

Do you want to know why you wasn't allowed at the GM? I will tell you why you stupid fool, all your stock is held in a nominee account, only shareholders on the register would have been allowed to attend the GM. Your nominee could have attended, but you would not be allowed. Simple answer to a stupid question, but like so many questions you pose you try to give the impression there is more to the question than you are really asking. I have seen through your modus operandi for years and you really are quite pathetic in your transparency.

Concern yourself not as to my stance on any of Harpers companies or indeed on any company I choose to take a position in going forward, but what I will say is I know exactly what you are holding, how much stock you are holding and with whom.

The sooner you realise Pegasus that it is YOU that was targeted not Angel not Dr Harper or any other company or individual but YOU. Like I said retribution is often a long drawn out process, and one that is not over yet for you by a long shot.

Paul Harper, a director of Physiomics, was a director of Angel until December 2012, and accordingly is required to make this notification pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies.

For the recordFilatov v Transgenrx was settled and was only an internal employment dispute between the BOD and Victor filatov for unfair dismissal and not the major law suit that wig is trying to push on the RENE bb

HHNot close at all.Never met any of those currently employed but that didn't stop me making enquiries and digging deeper when needed.Some real quality staff worked at pentland and I hope they manage to continue to make Scotland a life sciences hub where ever they are I certainly don't agree with wig that Reneuron should be destroyed because he has a personal vendetta with Paul Harper as it real pioneering work and a "first in man" stem cell trial

DocI posted filatov vTransgenrx and I also posted cramlington was reopened as well as saying it was just to buy time to appease shareholders.Inside doubted me it was reopened and called the company for conformation.I get slated for posting useless links to pages that are said to not be related to Angel.I have to say I have only omitted one link from everything that is freely available on the net and that is if you look at the lastest presentation from Cardium their was no mention of ABH or ABL but only cGMP manufacturing facility.Even HH wondered what side I was on sometimes.I would like to know what happened between wig and Harper.Why was I not at the GM?I simply didn't qualify and as public enemy no2(wig no1)they would not have let me in.Again I apologize if any off the staff were treated harshly because of me.As for wigs mushrooms that may relate to the staff as they got most if not all of their info from iii.Checkout when Santoy stopped posting.to quote someone close to the action "quality staff removed ruthlessly".I dont ever want to see any company fail and for those employed to lose their jobs.The pleasure wig is now getting and hopes to get by attacking any company related to Paul Harper will let you know why I have had long running arguements with him.This was really the only board I post on but now accept defeat.The end

he had a lucky guess - he'd have switched to his ramping nick as soon as contracts were announced
despite the talk of some here, it was never at all clear that ABH was doomed

They could quite likely have scored a couple more contracts and the situation would have been totally different

The strategy failed because required contracts were held up/delayed
None of the posters here ever gave a sensible view saying that would happen
just 'ABH will fail' guff churned out
