It seems "we" own 100% of 51% of EDEMSA.
Also if anyone has info on AEN's minority interests, I'd be grateful for a link.

Whatever it is guys the price does not reflect the value of the asset. These shouldbe trading in the high 40's low 50s. AIMHO

Just looking back at the 9-month EDEMSA results, I had a quick look last week but was actually on holiday when they came out. They seem to have declared a post-tax profit of US$9M for the 9 months, and are on an uptrend/reversal of fortune, so potentially the equivalent full-year figure could be US$14-15M? Say £9M, on 122M shares, makes 7.3p EPS, and on a modest x8 P/E we should be pushing 60p?? That is ignoring the hydro power and the O&G exploration?

I am slightly confused about the EDEMSA situation. Having read the earlier RNSes I am of the understanding that we now own 100% of them - but the results on 11th Nov still state clearly at the top that we only own 51%... which makes a big difference! Which one is it?

Possibly not until next march which will be EDEMSA finals, but i would expect we will have exploration news before.

I got told off by an online broker for making numerous small buys in a stock. Apparently I had to let them know my intentions in advance, and by making lots of small transactions I was making a false market!! Naturally I told them to F Off!!

I think they look good. Nice to see an AIM listed Co that is profitable, that offers good cash flow and massive upside. I'm happy!

The prices shown are misleading, the trick is to compare the individual trade prices to that shown on AIM for a indication of whether a buy or sell.
