Seems like a funny time to sell now if you ask me, this is not a pump and dump stock where you have to get out before the masses do on news day, the masses are not here yet they are all following the same old stocks up and down everyday on the miners/oilers penny punt thread, news day will hopefully bring in more investors as the case for buying becomes stronger.

I think you have to realise that 80%+ posters on advfn are sheep who follow the crowd. At the moment they aren't here, that isn't a bad thing at all. Would suspect that the promise of deep drilling with YPF would get them excited but that is a way off yet. In the meantime it is us value investors slowly accumulating what looks to be a good Co far too cheap!

Yeah i just don't think this is on many radars at the moment, come tomorrow we should have something to shout about, looking to free up some capital from another stock to pick up a few more later.

Yes CCM either tomorrow or friday going on past updates, i strongly suspect that they will show a continuance of the 1st half just a case of how profitable they have been.

Just incase no one has read it: from thehalff yearly

First-half revenues in local currency increased by 35% to AR$340 million (US$88
million) compared to revenues of AR$252 million (US$69 million) for the
equivalent period last year. EBITDA was US$17.4 million (H1 2009: US$7.2
million), an increase of 141% over the equivalent period last year.

Gross profit increased by 65% to US$29.3 million from US$17.8 million resulting
in an 320% increase in operating profit to US$13.5 million from US$3.2 million
for the equivalent period last year.

Agreed high volume days that see the share price increase by 7.5% have to be viewed as extremely positive, hopefully we can make a decisive move above 30p tomorrow.

The results this week are important to confirm the turn around in the company but will just be the start of much more to come especially on the exploration side of things.

Lots of large delayed trades coming out now from earlier, on the face of it mainly sells which is positive in the fact that they have been absorbed with little impact, only one day left now before 3rd quarter EDEMSA results so lots of positioning going on before hand.

Sometimes i think your wishing for the sellers CCM! Why sell now the company has been through the difficult phase of uncertainity, the future has never been so bright and clear.

MM's just took 100k stock and didn't blink its still 3 v 1, they want the stock to sell on higher.

chart currently suggests to me, if momentum is maintained in the near term, a reasonably quick move to 60 via some hesitation at 40 - looks a good mix of positive technicals and fundam's - all imo

If 30p goes today, then that will be a very good sign, clearly more at work here than meets the eye, good to see the move after such a strong few days, when 30p goes 40p will be my next lookout

Remember what i said guys small down days big up days, don't bottle it on the down days and you will be rewarded, picked up some more today, currently only 1 mm on the offer then you will be paying 30p+.
