So nearly 15 Bn (300m) shares post placing with authority for another 15Bn (300m). My prediction of 20Bn (400m) shares in issue by 31 Oct looking very good.

Keep buying mug punters that is one hell of a lot of shares for you to soak up.

Bid price already below placing price. How badly underwater are those second tranche shares going to be by the time they have authority to issue them?

Nearly 15 Bn shares already 20bn pre consolidation ie 400m by 31 Oct looking good. ADL still needs another $1m just to survive for 12 months.

When is the AGM calling notice coming out so we can find out how many Bns more shares Gorringe wants authority to issue - he can't do the mega diluting placing / get the death spiral going without authority to issue oodles more shares.

On the subject of the death spiral the directors going concern statement says:

"the availability, subject to mutual agreement, of the Volantis loan note facility, will enable the Group to settle its outstanding liabilities, finance its future working capital and fund the development cost requirements of its projects beyond the period of twelve months from the date of approval of this report. However, there are NO CONFIRMED funding arrangements in place at present; as such there can be no guarantee that the required funds to settle current liabilities, meet future working capital requirements and fund future development costs will be available to the Group within the necessary timeframe. Consequently a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Group’s ability to fund this cash shortfall and therefore be able to meet its commitments and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business for a period not less than twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements"

Sounds like Volantis (Lombard Odier) have serious reservations about providing more cash as a death spiral, hence why they sold some of the massively underwater placing shares they were foolish enough to buy in the first place.

20Bn shares and 0.002p by 31 Oct looking good.
