The whole world wide markets are falling for the last week...at least amc is no longer in urgent need of money, if not this amc would be below 1p as a consequence of bloodbath in world wide panic. So yes amc is at least holding on not too bad compared to other stocks...

I feel for LTH's of AMC. The ramping cartel have a lot to answer for. No sign of the business case to invest today?

A few warned of the impact of the loan funding at the beginning of the year.

I'm afraid this is going to get much worse in coming fortnight.

With a general background of panic in the market any stock with loan finance and no prospects of revenue in the immediate future will slowly demise to almost nothing.

AMC requires $1 billion finance to exploit resource.

It is an IMPOSSIBLE ask.

How big will the AMC share price fall be in the next 6 months? I predict less than 0.5 pence in June 2020.

Quite the opposite, after a 'Placing' the share price rises between 50% and 100% allowing the company that has taken on the placed shares to very quickly sell these shares at a considerable profit.

The low warrant price favours this situation as the investor can make a good return at 2p, 3p etc.The model has been designed so that the purchasing of the warrants can repay the cash..Cash secured to get the TEO and allow Adam to deliver an offtake within the next 6 months.

I overlooked the warrants impact of 5.79% on todays total shares.

Effective dilution therefore of 19.79% today.

Run the "simple maths" and it appears AMC are playing a very dangerous poker game.

Death spiral loan funding and massive dilution if "no delivery" at key 3 and 6 month stage gates.

In the meantime 9 years until first revenue but 14% effective dilution today.

Ouch!

Welcome the rampers sharing the "simple maths" to demonstrate otherwise. It won't happen because it is shocking!
